On Monday night my hubby and I (and our 9 year old is going with us) head out to bring home our 2 new kids. Isaac and Abigail. You may have seen a few of their pages in the gallery. We've been compiling paperwork for the last 9 months & we are finally on or way to bring these cuties home. Prayers are definitely appreciated as I'm a ball of nerves right now...leaving 4 kids behind, the adjustment of 2 new toddlers & then just the thought of them leaving everything they've ever known, even though they are going to be in a better place, it's still a tough transition.

And here's and updated picture from back in May. We had a cake sent to them for their birthdays. We are told she's super quiet and shy and he's quite the opposite! I think you can see that in these pictures.

Congratulations! They are so cute. Yes it will be quite an adjustment but you are giving these kids a great chance at life. Hugs and prayers.
 
Congratulations Liz! Good luck with everything. I know I've seen Isaac's pic as he's as handsome as your other little boy. I don't think I'd seen Abigail yet, what a sweetheart! I wish you all the very best!!!

So this makes..uh..seven? I almost faint at the thought but congratulations! those children are blessed to have real honest to God parents now. I'm surprised you got a boy? I thought only girls were available.
 
Congratulations! I know this process can be highs and lows as we have close friends who have gone through it. Prayers for you for safe travels and also, prayers for your new son and daughter adjust quickly. She is beautiful and he is very handsome!
We have six children and a large family is so much fun!

They're adorable, congrats to you! Two more blessings--you must be full of joy right now! Also, how great that you are bringing your 9yo with you: what an awesome experience that will be!
 
I am so excited for this new addition to your already amazing family. I know how long you have patiently waited for your children to be home with you - sigh. All the feels, hun. ♡
