Not happy with Sony today!

So, I've recently taken up sewing. Nearly finished my first (small-person) dress and Val puts her fab Sewing kit in Wibbit Wednesday. That's almost fate, isn't it?!

Except the credit card which my paypal is attached to has had to be cancelled because of the whole Sony hacker debacle... I knew there was a reason he shouldn't play games .

Either way that totally stinks that you can't get Vals cute sewing kit! Go to walgreens or whatever drug store and buy a prepaid Visa card and add that to your paypal. I've done that before with rebate cards and it works well.

"Sony has shut down its PlayStation Network indefinitely after a "massive data breach" in which an unknown hacker gained access to names, addresses, passwords, and other personal information for 77 million user accounts. The electronics giant is warning that it "cannot rule out the possibility" that credit card information was stolen as well, though there is no evidence of that yet. Gamers are frustrated by the prolonged outage, and the incident — one of the largest data breaches ever — has become "a major black eye" for Sony"

Crikey, hadn't even thought of NSD!! I must be under the next rock to Karen, I'm not even sure when it is? Is it this weekend or next? Never heard of pre-paid credit cards - don't think we have them here. Hopefully it'll all be sorted soon, shouldn't take too long for the cards to come through although I'm expecting that the banks might be dealing with quite a lot of requests!

I don't have my paypal attached to a credit card...it's just to my checking account (which may or may not be a good thing). Can you just make a switch like that Jude?
