Not enough hours in the day

I am freaking out! I have been in such a depressed state that I haven't deep-cleaned the house in ages. Well...in 1 week the guys that are bringing my son's personal belongings from Phoenix are coming. I have a huge list of things to do and I worked all afternoon this past Wednesday and all day today and still haven't made a dent in my list :(. Anyone wanna come help us clean? lol
Sad thing is my co-worker is on vacay next week so I have to work full time so I've got to get done this weekend.
And yet here I sit :giggle. Maybe I should lighten up, these guys are bikers and they probably won't care if the windows are clean or not, right?
 
Oh my goodness, cleaning always seems to fall to the bottom of my list. Deadlines like having house guests do help push up the priority though! LOL And it is nice to enjoy the results. :)

I hope you are able to get enough done that you feel comfortable. But, yeah, I don't think they will probably even notice the windows. :giggle

I probably shouldn't be giving you any advice, since I am really good at putting things off as soon as I see a tiny excuse.. especially when it concerns cleaning! :giggle Just do what you can - I agree that they probably won't notice, but it's as good a time as any to get some cleaning done. You can do it!
 
Believe me....most 'bikers' won't care about how clean your house is. LOL. Way cool that they're doing this for though.
 
I ended up taking a deep breath and decided not to stress. I'm going to take the easy way out and give DD a small list of things to do in the couple of days before they get here. Good news is we got new toilet seats installed, new bathroom faucets, new vanity light fixtures, and other than the shower is still not finished in the guest bath it looks pretty darned good :).
That's no where near what all needs done to our 20 yr old house. We need a roof, new appliances, central a/c, etc etc etc LOL.
