I think it is the other DigiFiles?? not dares, cause they win coupons to the store....but I am squinching my eyes to remember, doesn't DigiFiles get kits from designers and sell for a limited time?
 
I am not sure if we have any TLP designers who will be in the DigiFiles or DigiDares in January, but we can certainly address that if it arises.

So @lmccandless does it need to be in the store? Do freebies or retired items from current TLP designers count toward the 50% TLP products? Just want to make sure I do it right.

If a freebie is in the store, it's eligible. Retired products would no longer be in the store so they would not be eligible. The easy rule of thumb is that if it's in the store, it's safe!

This is true for the gallery in general, not just for MOC?
 
I am so happy to see some new faces peeping in here along with some of my peeps from other digi homes. We have such a fun warm group of scrappers here, I know you will love it!
 
Thanks! I think since @Cath_ mentioned 50%, she meant general non-MOC rules. I know someone else asked in another thread about freebies and retired products in general as well.

Okay...just so I know I'm understanding this right...50% of layouts for gallery or challenges has to be from the current store. The other 50% can be retired products from your current designers or freebies from them. Templates count as 15%...can these be from outside sources? Also, what about styles and other "tools"? May we use them from other sources? Do they need to be counted in the second 50%? Or may we not count them in that 50% as they are tools to enhance our layouts?

Jan, for the gallery and regular challenges, it has to be 50% Lilypad, whether current, retired or freebies. The other 50% can be from anywhere else. Yes, templates are 15%. Tools wouldn't be counted.
