I am new here and have looked (but probably not well enough, lol)
I didn't see an introduction place so I am asking this here.

My name is Kellie (The Scrappy Penguin)
Where would I find CT Calls (when they are posted) for the designers here?

Are we allowed to use outside designers stuff here in the challenges or just post in the gallery? I don't want to break a rule right of the bat.

If there is a welcome area I could get more answers from... could someone point me to it, lol.

Hello Kellie and welcome the pad!!

Boy did you pick the right weekend to get here. This month there is the Month of Challenges and this weekend is the Lucky 7 Birthday Bash. Lots of games, prizes, and sales going on. WOW!

CT Calls are usually posted in the Announcement Pad. I don't know of any going on now, but you can always have a look in there.

You might want to check out the chatty pad to introduce yourself!! I am sure everyone will chime in and welcome you. It's here.

As for the outside designers question... Per the gallery terms in red at the top of the gallery page here your layout/project must contain 50% TLP product. These terms change a little for the challenges. You can check the terms for each challenge in the challenge forum.
