If you understand how to stop notifications and can please help this sweet scrapper?

I am not tagging her, as she has 8 pages of notifications and can't clear it? I think that is the gist?

The steps in the above graphic will stop new subscriptions. She will also need to turn off the ones she's already watching.
Go to the Gallery and hit Watched Content > Watched Categories on the menu bar. Select the ones to stop watching, and then choose that action from the menu at the bottom. (see below)

I think after that she will just need to look through the alert list so the old ones register as seen.
