Need a good point and shoot

I'm finding now that I might not be able to get my dslr camera into the college football games we attend at home. We were able to last year, as long as our lens was under 6 inches. This year the rules state "no professional photo equipment"... I have a Canon 60D... so it's iffy if they allow it or not. It's SO frustrating. I don't take photos at the games to sell, I take it to document my experiences.

Anyway, I want to get a back up point and shoot, but I am spoiled now. I want the HD video with sound, manual options and zoom equivalent to at least 200 (so 20+ optical)...

Anyone have a good point and shoot camera they love and get great shots with?

I have a canon ixus that I really love, it goes in my purse and it takes HD video with sound

maybe this one could be something to consider? i know a lot of people love this camera!

I have this Canon Powershot. I totally love it. It takes decent low light photos, there are lots of manual controls, and has a decent zoom for a pocket camera. We got ours about a year ago so I'm sure there are newer models of the camera out there.
