National Iced Tea Day

I’m not sure I know what a ginger nut is, but it looks kind of like what know as a gingersnap. Hot tea is generally reserved for winter or a morning coffee replacement fore me. I never really got the whole dunking thing, but gingersnaps go great with tea either hot or cold.

It's an English thing I'm pretty sure Lisa ... dunking bikkies. My Mum taught me and now its an afternoon ritual at my place. When I get home from work hubby and I have a hot cuppa and three gingernuts together before we start the evening even on the hottest of days
