The doc explained it, but in a nutshell!
Premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) are extra heartbeats that begin in one of your heart's two lower pumping chambers (ventricles). These extra beats disrupt your regular heart rhythm, sometimes causing you to feel a fluttering or a skipped beat in your chest.
I had a bit of an irregular premature beat. It is normal!
I am a healthy woman!! and got the OK to go back on the treadmill!

Probably came on due to the increased stress of my Saturday!
My one daughter had left home a few months ago, in a big fight. She caused drama...yada yada. Saturday, she came over and was so repentive, apologetic and hugged me forever! We forgave her, and she even called out Pastor to apologize (the drama leaked (no poured) into others lives in our church). All is well, she came to church Sunday am and pm. The congregation loves her, and I was beyond nervous/anxious!
Anywho....my 2nd daughter, unbeknowst to her that her twin was apologizing, did the same Saturday also. It was beyond a heart stopping kind of day.

oh dear Jess! lol, I actually am doing really good. I remember the stupid of "knowing everything" at 18, 19 heck 30! lol
so I am rather forgiving, I just refused to be intimidated or compromise in my own home. I adore my kids, and hate to see them make dumb mistakes, but they do, they will and I will be here.

Glad everything is normal...definitely sounds like the stress of the day is what caused it.
 
Oh wow! I'm so glad your heart is physically all right and I'm even more glad that your heart is full of more love and kindness than usual .
