It's here!! Monday, Monday! What do you have in the works for this week?

It's absolutely insane here! It's back to school on Wednesday, the start of sports for both my girls today, as well as all of the usual back to school mingles and fun. Phew! It's also an incredibly busy work week for me. So, I think I will run to Starbucks right now and power up! LOL

Eeeeks! Not Monday already! Oh gosh, and it's back to school for your girls hey... another eeeeeks! LOL!

For me, just another work week in store for me... That's about it... :-)
 
Working all week (both daycare and hopefully lots of designing) The kids have Gymtrix this Thursday, but apart from that nothing really new happening.
 
School starts FRIDAY!!! Yay!

My goals this week include getting all the laundry done, getting the house "school" ready, and trying to enjoy a couple days with the kids before they go back!
 
I'm trying to get everything ready so we can get out the door in couple of hours... (so why am I on here?!?) we are heading out for a 3 day family reunion about 4 hours away! Should be fun, as long as I get everything ready on time!
 
I've decided I'm changing a few things about what I planned for homeschooling this year so starting over with some of my lesson planning (but I'm really excited about the changes so it'll be worth it!). Other than that, just cooking and cleaning and laundry. Same old fun stuff.
 
My oldest 2 started back to school today so things are a little more quiet and low key around here. I have high hopes of actually getting my house clean and keeping it clean (at least until they get home lol).
 
my parents are gone and I'm ready to spend the last couple weeks of August getting organized for the new school year and finishing up our summer bucket list :)
 
Today is the end of my mini 5 day vacation. Then I have a busy week at work! So today I plan on just relaxing and enjoying the last of my alone time with my husband...and then with the kids when they're out of daycare.
 
Full work week for me here as well. Lots of things on the to do list. DG is away this week so it's just me and the bug and that's always a tweak in routine, but also makes for some good girly time.

My stepson starts school this week (Wednesday), Monkey's bday is Friday (she's turning 3!), and DH is in a mad dash to finish studying for the GMAT that he is taking next Monday, so it *might* be a busy week for us. :)
 
Really?!?!? Monday, again?!!?!?!? Why can't Mondays go by as fast as Saturday does???? :)

Well....the teachers returned to school today and kids start school next Monday so the Technology Department (my department) is in a major scramble to get all 3600 computers up & running for every 860 teachers! O.M.G.! It's a mad house around here! Can't wait until next Monday when school starts and teachers are too busy to be on their computers. ****Ok, my rant is over!****

It's going to be a crazy week with lots of overtime but its only for 4 1/2 more days! And my goal this week is to have every piece of laundry done before Wednesday as I want to go through all of my clothes and do some major cleaning out of clothes I don't wear and I swear I have enough clothes to open my own clothing store! Pitiful!
 
lots on the agenda for me as well. not feeling well today so getting to it slowly. have last 4H meeting tonight. school supply/clothes shopping tomorrow. kids don't start until next wednesday. glad for that. lol.
 
Ugh. Monday. Bad case of Monday blahs here. Hubby's working a 6-day stretch this week (and he works 12-hour days, 1 1/2 hour drive each way) so we won't see him much til Sunday. The kids' attitudes and behavior get progressively worse every day that he's gone (ok, maybe mine does too!) so I'm already dreading the long week! At least we're not jam-packed with dr appoitnments, etc. but that also means we won't get out of the house much. My 3 are all 3 and under so no school preparations here.

Really hoping to get some scrapping done, my mojo has been MIA for a while :(.
 
Not too much on the schedule this week until Thursday. A girlfriend of mine is thinking about coming to town for a Bret Michaels concert and my sister and her hubby are coming back from Ireland that night too. I can't wait to see their pictures!
 
Lots of work craziness for me - we have a major meeting this week with a bunch of high level visitors to coordinate and keep track of.
 
I just got back from 2 glorious weeks in the interior BC - beautiful lakes, bountiful fruit, lots of sunshine and laughter. Made some really great memories. And our niece (she lived with us for a few years) got married in the Okanagan valley. Sigh!

Back at home, dh is still getting me up and running on my computer (I lost my drive's docking station the week before vacation). So still no scrapping for me until at the earliest next week. Double sigh!

But on the good side, my oldest (9) is starting football up again and has a tournament all day Saturday, and that should be fun to watch. He's gone from being a wide-receiver last year (the little guys do that role) to being a slot-back so he's going to have a much bigger role to play this year. Yay!

And Sunday we are looking forward to our annual outdoor service and BBQ with burgers, ice cream, and bouncy castles!
