What's happening in your world on this glorious Monday? :giggle

My week is kind of, well, ridiculous. LOL
Today, I have a meeting at 10 am and 6 pm and regular work in between. Lunch with a friend too.
Tomorrow, I have carnival planning luncheon from 10 am to 1 pm. Then, I have bunco with my girlfriends that night.
Wednesday is nose down with regular work stuff all day, then, High School carnival in the evening.
Thursday is get ready for Homecoming. We're hosting 10 kids and 20 parents on Saturday night for pictures before the dance. :dizzy
Also, DH and I bought a new bed and mattress, so I have to be home for the first day of deliveries. Work that night, too.
On Friday, I volunteer at J's kindergarten for an apple station activity. Home for the delivery of the rest of the bed. Regular work. Then, volunteering at the Homecoming game for PTO.
Of course, that doesn't even include running kids to activities, making meals and all the usual stuff.
:helpy

Monday: morning run, home school, ballet, grocery shopping, library, blog writing
Tuesday: home school, tutorial writing, TN activity planning
Wednesday: morning run, home school, Awanas
Thursday: home school, missionary friends over for dinner and catching up before they go back to Greece
Friday: morning run, home school, pack, laundry, pack... did I mention packing? LOL

and somewhere in there I hope to catch up on Project Life LOL

I'm tired just from reading your schedule!

I have today off since I worked a long, late night on Saturday. I dropped Madison (my oldest) off at her first day of pre-K today. She was super excited! And I've already done my workout and run. The DirecTv guy is supposed to come between 12 and 4 today. Actually, they were supposed to come on Saturday but the guy they sent wasn't a citizen and we couldn't get him on base. So I get to sit home at wait (and scrap!). But I think a run to DD is in order soon - I promised to bring DH a pumpkin latte at work too.

Then the rest of the week is really busy and crazy with work. And maybe meeting up with a friend from home who is down here on a short business trip. And getting used to the whole "homework every night" thing...

I'm so glad I'm not as busy as you girls!!!!

My week will be spent babysitting (sigh), cleaning (double sigh), and doing the laundry (falling down sigh). My bedroom is a disaster area. I just can't keep it clean. So, it's my project for this week, it won't take all week, but if I give myself the week, I don't have to start it today! :)

I don't envy you at all Laura!

I am still limping around on my sprained foot and now I have a cold to boot. Kids are in 2nd week of Taekowndo classes and I need to prepare for a business trip I am on next week. Then all the regular stuff - laundry, mowing, meals, taxi service, etc.

Let's see...

We have a guest magician coming in this weekend, so have to clean the house for that. It's gotten pretty out of control, so that's going to be a big job. :thumbsdowns We've also been accumulating loads of stuff to be donated to charity in the guest room, so have to get that ready to be picked up on Thursday.

DD's school elections are this week (she's running for treasurer). We got her posters and PowerPoint done this weekend, but we still need to do her t-shirt. And she's got a lot of homework happening with school projects due tomorrow. I tried to get her to do part of it over the weekend, but that went over like a lead balloon, so tonight will be "fun". sigh. She's got a half-day of school on Wednesday (teacher workshops or something), and then Girl Scouts Thursday night. And then her actual campaign speech will be Friday morning. She did great at rehearsal, but I'm sure she'll still be really nervous and have a hard time sleeping Thursday night.

Other than that, DH has magic club Tuesday night, and DS has a birthday party to go to on Saturday so I'll need to take him gift shopping at some point.

And somehow I need to find some time to design, made extra challenging by the horrendous kink in my neck/shoulder that I developed yesterday. It has me in enough pain that I barely slept last night, and my posture is fabulously Quasimodo-esque right now. :p

Wow..Laura...I'm tired from reading all of that...good luck on your week!

We have open house for our homeschool group on Wed. and then I'll be spending some time preparing for a scout camping trip that DD and I are going on this weekend. Have to go buy her a pocket knife and compass and possibly a sleeping bag. Other than that just the same old, same old. School, chores, and I would love to make some progress on project life as well.

Monday: SO TIRED! Gavin didn't sleep last night and I am like a zombie today. I had stuff planned to do today, but it isn't going to happen.
Tuesday: Clean, do laundry, take Gavin to therapy, go sign Noah's AIG papers for his advanced Math class.
Wednesday: Clean the house, do laundry, grocery shop, and take Gavin to therapy. Watch the Big Brother finale!!!
Thursday: Clean like always and do laundry and probably not a lot more....
Friday: Take some time for myself before the crazy weekend.

Nikki, I totally feel ya on all of your sighs and I will join you on the laundry and cleaning ones. I often wonder how in the world I can have SO much laundry all the time.

Im alive. Just have some things I need to deal with IRL. Im still battling Pneumonia and still pretty run down from it. Im trying hard to scrap but the mojo and energy just isnt there. Been reading alot of books and got hooked on Gossip Girl and have 3 seasons left to watch lol

Wait! What? You like Adam??? Never would have guessed. :P

Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well...hopefully you feel better soon!

wow! Everyone seems busy this week!

I have only 2 scheduled shifts this week but am working the weekend. I plan on doing some baking and organizing. I'm having my family over on Friday for Caleb's 7th birthday and all the prep for that will be done on Thursday. :)

Oooh it seems a busy week! Just keep swimming....

I'm a busy bee too too. It's just me and the bug this week which always adds an extra element of busy to the picture. This week is full, full, full for me on the work front and our usual happenings (Girl Scouts, small group, weekly lunch with the spouses of the unit, tutoring a friend in PS on Tuesday, errands and that kind of thing).

Here's to a smooth and good week for everyone! :beat

wow. I do nothing except scrapbook all day. I run or bike ride in the morning, shower, throw in laundry, scrap for two hours, eat lunch switch laundry through day, clean house for 1/2 and hour every other day, scrap all afternoon. kids are in school all day so its just me.

Today is a day off of school for the LAUSD (like the kids need more time off?!!). So I decided I'd take advantage of our Six Flags passes & free friend passes for the day and take the kids with two friends to, yes, Six Flags. We won't stay all day, have to leave by 4. I've done the week's budget, will pass the money out to those owed. Then laundry, laundry, laundry, dusting (I think I need to do that) and other relentless never finished housework. There are two Open Houses this week, I think, but I don't know when one of them is. I'll have to check that. Grocery shopping, dinners, lunches, etc. But nothing like Laura's schedule. Holy smokes, that's intense.

WOW, I have it pretty easy I guess compared to all this running around. All I have to do is work every day, cook dinner for my son and me, finish last weeks PL and scrap in the evenings. He has his homework under control, I'm just "asking" about it at this stage. No evening activities at all this week unless he goes to his dad's to watch football.

I can look back fondly now on all the PTA stuff, president of one, treasurer of the other, etc. and think "Gosh, I'm glad that's all over!"

Wow that is a lot of stuff Laura! I hope everyone has a good week.

The hubby is home today recovering from the marathon which is good because I have to go to the dentist for a quick emergency visit and the kids each have two different sports activities tonight. Otherwise we have a typical week. Looking forward to Saturday because we are getting dressed up and going into the city for a party with friends.

Alright! I need a nap just from reading all of what you girls have going on! Oh wait.....I'm supposed to be doing some of that too! LOL

Just work, work, work and attend a couple of sporting activities, if the rain holds off! Lookin' forward to the weekend.

Work each day and then on Wednesday DS is going to a birthday party. After work and this weekend I'll be working on the lot, cutting trees. Lucky me! :/

Monday ~ one boy at school, one boy at preschool, entertaining one boy at home all morning
Tuesday ~ one boy at school, entertaining two boys at home, soccer practice for two boys (two different teams)
Wednesday ~ one boy at school, one boy at preschool, entertaining one boy at home all morning
Thursday ~ one boy at school, entertaining two boys at home, parents coming in town, parent meeting Thursday evening at school
Friday ~ one boy at school, one boy at preschool, volunteering at school in the morning, soccer practice for two boys (two different teams)
Saturday ~ Soccer games in the AM, apple orchard in the afternoon
Sunday ~ heading to my hometown for DS #3 family birthday party

In between the craziness....I have to finish organizing the school area since DH decided to move up our school area that was in the basement upstairs to our dining room (I am a "retired" teacher and have TONS of stuff...book cases galore, center stuff, puzzles....so much), organize the little guy's playroom in the basement since all his toys were moved down there with the rest of the toys, clean, do laundry, cook and of course SCRAP!!!

This is what is done so far!!!
