The weekend is over already?!:dizzy What do you have planned for the week?

-------

We're starting off with a bang here because my oldest DD is going in for her quarterly blood draw at the specialist. Not a great way to begin the week, but necessary. Then, my little one and I are heading out the local garden center. I need to do some fall plantings, so now is the time to get it done. Tomorrow is early release day for the kids. (Have I ever mentioned how much I HATE that?) DH has a business dinner on Tuesday night, so I think we'll be grabbing Chipotle. Wednesday...don't fall off your chair...I am going to scrap!! I miss scrapping. I need to scrap. If you don't see a page from me soon, harass me. LOL The rest of the week should be quiet.

I hope everyone is off to a great start this Monday morning!

Good Morning Laura :)
Sounds like you got a busy week ahead of you, and YEY your scrapping!! You know I :beat your pages!!!

Today started pretty hectic our alarm didn't go off and we slept in an extra hour and a half, so we were pretty much zooming everywhere this morning lol. I'm hoping to get some designing today during nap time, here's hoping for huge mojo power :yesss

We have a pretty quiet week this week thankgod, Wednesday Mystaya's Physio Therapist is supposed to come early in the morning to tape her back and shoulder, I'm really anxious, I want it to work and really don't want her to have surgery later on :( so I'll prob. be a bundle of nerves until her next appointment.

Hope everyone has a good week!

Don't worry Laura - I'm great at harassing people. lol

Let's see... the boys finally went back to school this morning!!! (Yay!!!!) Fall break was the longest week of my life. I mean I love it when they are home and all that, but they were terrors last week.
Today, Belly and I have to go to the library, and take my mom to pick her check up from work and maybe do her grocery shopping.
Oh, and we can't forget... Wednesday we get to find out the baby's gender!!!!

I will not harass you, but I would love to see a page from you! :) I totally think I broke my pinky toe this morning running through the house like a mad woman. OW! Anyway, as for the rest of the week...my monkey will go to therapy today and Wed. I have to get my oldest in for new glasses. That's about it I think....

(btw, my youngest has developmental delays which is why he goes to therapy. just a little back info b/c i am sure you were wondering. if not, then i am just running my mouth...lol. he is doing so great. he started speech therapy in April and really couldn't even form sentences and now, he says thinks that blows us all away. ok, proud mama out!)

Erika - that is fantastic news! Both my boys talked late enough for me to be concerned and get them checked out. Now my oldest can't keep quiet! :) And my youngest was born 12 weeks early so we've always had him followed carefully to identify any dev delays as early as possible. I'm happy to say that at almost-6 he's almost-caught-up to his age group!

Another crazy week: 4 football practices this week (our Atom team made the top tier in playoffs), plus the first playoff game on Sunday. So that means church Sat night. Add to that dh's men's ministry at church - 3 days this week! for their weekly course, plus a special quarterly breakfast (which they cook the night before). And cubs + beaver. And to top it all off, swimming starts for both boys Friday. And we have to get the boys to pre-bowl sometime during the week since they will miss their regular league games on Saturday morning.

Le Sigh!

I am feeling really anxious today. I have an interview tomorrow and it's not for a job I want, but a job I might need to take. Please keep your fingers crossed for me. Hope you all had a good weekend!

Good morning!

I'm hoping that our schedules will be returning to normal this week. Last week was crazy (and exhausting) with the new puppy but now that she's pretty much housebroken I don't have to be on her as much. So we will do story time at the library today and Wednesday, soccer Wednesday night and a play date tomorrow or Thursday. This is the last full week that my husband is home before he leaves for 7 weeks (and then we are moving across the country the day after he gets home) so I plan to enjoy as much time with him and the kids as possible!

Heather---that is awesome! He will most likely need some extra help when he starts school next year, but he is catching up fast. I was on bedrest pretty much my entire pregnancy with him so they think that has something to do with his delays. Anyway, he is doing great and that is great about your boys, too! :) I love hearing positive stories like that....

I was planning on hitting up Wal-Mart this morning to put all the kids' Christmas toys on layaway...I really hate Wal-Mart but the fact that they are doing layaway again this year is nice...but poor Seth started not feeling well last night. We went to the pumpkin patch yesterday and it was really hot out, so I thought maybe he had just gotten too much sun, but he still wasn't feeling well this morning. So he stayed home from school today. So I am busy trying to keep Maddie away from him so he can rest. Then once Geoff get's home I will attempt the Wal-Mart thing.

The rest of the week is ballet, soccer, report cards and if Seth is feeling better he has his second field trip on Friday. Then Saturday will be non-stop...2 soccer games, 1 birthday party and then our own Halloween Party that night...I plan on sitting around in my sweats all day Sunday and watching football lol.

Yay for scrapping Wednesday, Laura! :wub

Fingers crossed for your interview, Robin!

Oooh Shannon we need to see puppy pics!!

I'm back to a semi-normal schedule after a crazy week last week because of a business workshop I was attending. Unfortunately my advisor has thrown in a few odd items in addition to my already long list of stuff to do, so it's not going to be much of a fun week. Oh well, the good news is I'm working from home this week, so at least that's nice. DH is leaving tomorrow though, gone until Saturday :(.

Ericka...my little guy has delays too...Speech therapy was so great for him! Check with your school district...Seth's preschool teacher told us that the school districts here have to give speech to the pre-schoolers that qualify....that way if he still has to work with the speech pathologist when he starts school he will already know her and be used to working with her. Seth "graduated" from the program at the hospital but we are having him tested with the school district so that he can get just a little extra help and be to where they think he needs to be.

Yes, once he starts school he will work with the therapists through the school system. For now, he is working with one through the hospital. Though, she says he may not need speech when he reaches school...we will wait and see. I will have him tested through the school as well just to make sure. But right now he goes for speech, occupational, and physical. I guess we will see where he is at when he starts school. Thanks for sharing with me. It is always so great to know others that know what it is like to have a child with DD.

I'm finally back home and trying to get back into the swing of things here after having been away for a period of time. My mom was ill, as well as my dog, which meant countless doctor/vet visits and non-stop worrying. Today is mainly trying to get through a mountain of laundry and get caught up on house stuff that DH isn't so adept at. I feel like I've been gone for ages even though it was only a few weeks. I'm so glad to be back! :)

Nana is here all week (yay!)...we don't really have anything special planned, just our usual week but with a Nana Boost :). Friday there is a Fall Festival here and so we'll wander over there and check that out. Should be fun! Today I need to bake some goodies.

And I'm with you Laura. I NEED to scrap this week. I need it. Need need need. So I'll harass you and you can harass me back. :beat

Rather normal week for me. Today was grocery day and I was blessed with my 9 mo old being ultra happy and 3 year old being good the whole time we there. Grocery shopping isn't fun with kids, especially since the carts are not comfortable for young kids to sit in.

Visiting some ladies from church tomorrow, and will hopefully get a hybrid card done for them tonight.

Hopefully Wed, Thurs, & Fri I can squeeze in some "school" time with my 3 year old. We've been working on some preschool skills, but it is rough for me to find a good time during the day to do this.

Friday hubby and I are going to a murder mystery with some friends. We have never been to one before but we're excited!

The rest of the weekend I plan on spending some time scrapping, and maybe even posting my first LilyPad layout in the gallery! :happydance

Not too much going on here. Today I had a mandatory continuing ed class I had to attend for work. Tomorrow, school and soccer practice for B. Laundry day for me. :/ Not much else planned for the week.

Happily my boys finished soccer and football on Saturday so we have NO sports this week! Woot! :) The only thing I have planned in our monthly scrapbook night at church that I run, so pretty much a great week planned! :)

What a gorgeous Monday it was!!

I cleaned my boys' rooms. Yes, I know they are old enough to clean their own rooms, but when it needs to be done right, I have to get in there (while they're at work and school! LOL) They could still be cleaned even better if I could throw away half of their junk!

Got some grocery shopping done today and I now have two freezers that are packed with food. I need to plan some menus now so I don't forget what's in there!

My oldest comes to visit for a week on Wednesday, so we are all extremely excited about that!
