What's your week have in store?

Mine is very low-key. We are planning to spend the week in the pool. Hopefully it warms up enough! Otherwise, a bit of real work and some gardening. Very peaceful (I hope).

Full week at work and trying to figure out this new Droid Razr Maxx phone. I'm having fun just learning all about the cool things that can be done with it. And gotta mini-tech-conference later this week but its really no big deal.

This is our last week of school. It ends on Wednesday afternoon. We are going to put together our "summer bucket list" bucket on Wednesday. Friday we are having a barbeque and then a sleep out in tents in my mom's backyard with all of my kid's cousins. We are also going to watch a movie outside which is one of the things my kids love most in the summer. We hang a giant blanket on the side of the deck and then we project a movie on it. It's really fun!

my mom is arriving tomorrow night and staying for a week - we have the girls' ballet recital this weekend :) otherwise, it's a pretty normal week, we still have three weeks of school left!

this week Sebastian gets his cello and starts to learn how to play! very fun!
also, the boys have yet another football camp.
today meagan gets x-rays again to see if she can get the boot off of her foot... keeping my fingers crossed!
we have an end-of-season gymnastics banquet tonight.
other than that, pretty status-quo.

Just the regular work, scrap, clean, cook. We are hoping to get to the pool too, but weather hasn't been cooperating, so not sure on that.

We still have 4 more weeks of school. We've got 2 soccer games, and 2 football practices. And then hopefully my dear furbaby will be coming home from the vet hospital. She had her 2nd ACL repair (in 10 weeks!) done last Thursday (2 different knees) and they are keeping her in for an extra convalescence since she's still recovering from her previous knee surgery.

seriously happy to say this day is nearly over! kids are in the bath after having driven themselves as well as myself crazy today. it's their last day at home for the pentecost-holidays and they are ready to get back to Kindergarten!

I made dd a fabric circlet (rennaisance) today because she saw one at the street fair yesterday and cried when I refused to pay for it... and then I made them both quick belt slings for their swords. Also squeezed in some freshly baked foccacia and pea soup for lunch, but never managed to get out of my pj-bottoms, ha ha ha! dinner time now, and the boy is yelling to get out of the bath so I'm off!

The kids are done with school now, so this week is the decompress-and-figure-out-what-we-wanna-do-this-summer week. Yeah, we're not really advance planning people. :giggle

Other than that, the kids have doctors' appointments on Wednesday, and DD has her final Girl Scout meeting for the year on Thursday. I've also been sick, and the quick trip we made to Houston for my niece's graduation this past weekend didn't really help, so I'm hoping to just kinda rest and recuperate.

Today is my oldest baby's birthday so we'll be doing all kinds of fun stuff (which probably means that he wants to sit and play video games HAHAHAHA). Tomorrow we're going bowling, Thursday we have a pool party, Friday I have Bunco (YES! Mom's night out!!), Saturday is DH's birthday. Busy busy busy! But fun busy so it doesn't sound too bad ;)

Not much here. SS is on summer break, but we won't have him until Thursday. In the meantime, it's just me at work, DH at work, and DD at Grammy's and Pops' during the day.

Saturday is DH's bday, but he's in denial [insert eyeroll here] so we're taking the kids to the PBS Day at the Park and then I'm (hopefully) going to a Jon McLaughlin concert with a friend that evening. I told him if he wasn't going to acknowledge that it was his special day and that he was turning 36 that we could pretend it wasn't a special day and do things everyone but him would enjoy! :giggle

Kids get out Wednesday here, so I'm trying to cram as much fun and peace and quiet as I can into the next 3 days. :rofl

My son comes home from college tomorrow. Yay! I haven't seen him since February!!

Leeandra, Jon McLaughlin!! I'm super jealous! Hope you get to go, that would be an incredible concert! He was here last Sept for a fundraiser event, but we couldn't go because we had a prior commitment. I was super bummed!!

Amber, I feel ya on the crazy day! Hang in there, it's almost done!!

We have our first appointment for the fertility study on Wednesday. I'm super nervous. I have to have some testing and I hope nothing eliminates me from the study. I really hate GYN appointments and they make me nervous so this will be a long process. I'm hoping things go smoothly and this all leads to a healthy pregnancy. This fertility stuff has been consuming all my thoughts!

I got a call from the last job I interviewed for and they said all my background check cleared so it looks like I got the job! That is great and I hope to get started soon. Hopefully I can work the fertility appointments around what ever my work schedule ends up being.

We have a plumber coming to move the washer and dryer into the garage so my dad can start making a kitchen in the laundry room for our apartment in my mom's basement. So much big stuff going on here!

trying to regain my balance here.. the bf was here since friday morning & just left a few hours ago. he took over the lappy the whole time other than little 2 minute spurts where i was able to wrangle it away from him... and you know, getting back to normal routine. I spent a glorious time at the laundromat just now :p hoorah.

PDO starts back tomorrow and I am terrified. lol This is the first time I've been primary teacher to a group that I actually have to really plan stuff with. Plus the director is working as my secondary teacher.

Last week of school here. Awards ceremony, shaving cream war, taking in a cookie cake for the summer birthdays in my son's class and then their luau end of the year party on Thursday. Then we start the chaos of summer :)

I am back at work after my week off and I am hacking my lungs up. Oh I wish I was home!!!! :( Stupid allergies have gotten to me. I hope this week will be calm, but I don't think it will be. We're launching a new product this week so that should be fun, but crazy!
