Monday, Monday!

My hubby's going to be out of town all week starting tomorrow. And you know what came to mind, :giggle when Angie posted about her hubby being out of town and she cleaned her bed sheets so they were all crisp and clean for her while he was gone. Not saying I'm doing that but I had to laugh!

DD2 is finally getting better, possibly even well enough to go to school tomorrow. I've been working on Project Yearbook with her class and tomorrow I am leading some journaling exercises for it. My oldest has a huge science project due tomorrow, so I'll be helping with the final proof on that tonight. I have lunch plans with a girlfriend on Wednesday, hopefully we can sneak off to this antique mart we love afterwards. Then, it's work - gearing up for the BYOC!

Well I work at 2pm today and then I'm on call from 10pm to 7:30am... for the rest of the week I don't have any big plans. Maybe organize my scrapbooks get some cleaning done. I'm not scheduled to work until I start a week of night shifts on Sunday...

Have a great week everyone!

p.s. Laura, glad to hear your DD is doing better. :)

Glad your girl is getting better, Laura! ;)

Renee- do you like working the night shift? I'd probably have my iPad in there with me scoping out the TLP forums while at work if there was nothing else going on. :whistle

I dunno. Nothing. My life is boring.

Chiropractor today. Swim lesson tomorrow. Dentist on Thursday. Some running and Crossfit in there somewhere. Same ole. lol

Gearing up for another week of PTA responsibilities for me~ It's "Read Across America" week and Dr. Seuss' birthday is on Friday (thus the opening of the Lorax movie :))

So, it's meetings and bulletin boards for me. I too have a son with a big science project due. . . we get to build a Rube Goldberg contraption. . . I'm not very excited~

Other than that. . .it's odds & ends around here. I'm hoping to finish up 2 more pages and complete all the Feb Challenges!

Finally finished inventory at work last week so that took a load off of my mind. I couldn't think straight and it was hindering my scrapbooking! LOL Dang ol' Work!

This week will be a slow week as I'm heading up for an all-girls retreat next Saturday. A bunch of us girls are getting together at a lake house from Saturday at noon until Sunday at noon! I can't wait! I know its only for the night but its kinda our once a year....get away from the men....eat what we want....watch what we want....laugh at everything kinda weekend!

for me this week, normal stuff mostly... work, gymnastics, clean house, grocery, blah blah.
i'm almost done with my closet, and am going to try to finish that up this week (other than painting, which will have to wait until i'm feeling more ambitious).
that's about it.

We have a super busy week this week! Our typical busy schedule, with a lot of extra events thrown in. My oldest has a uniform inspection for Cub Scouts on Wednesday and I have a ton of patches to sew onto his uniform. I need to find someone to do this today. I am horrible at sewing and the couple I've done look horrible.

Yay for bright and shiny new weeks!

This week is full of wrapping up projects, writing, scrapping, and all the usual routine-y kinds of things too. DG comes home this weekend so we're really excited about that. ♥

I was all glum and tired until I saw that it was going to be a bright & shiny week. :giggle. Love it.

Going back to the gym this morning, and I have to finish my papers (yay for procrastination) for school. I need to read a library book I haven't started because it is due back in two days. I also need to finish one more layout for this month's challenges, and probably do some house cleaning (blech). I'm also going to try to start a painting I've been meaning to do for the living room.

It seems like there is something else I'm supposed to be doing, but the little headache I have right now is blocking my thought process. :p Wow... such an exciting life.

Not a lot planned here other than I should be getting my PL plastics tomorrow so I'll be working on that like crazy (hopefully).

There is bound to be another Cub Scout mom in his pack that sews on patches to earn a little extra money. I know there was one in mine!

I talked to some of my scout mom friends and they're all telling me to use fabric glue. LOL!

Work, work, work. My youngest started at her new daycare yesterday and loves it. Now my oldest is dying to go there too (she's still on the wait list). Tonight I have a meeting for a volunteer position I hold (or will hold very soon) on base. Other than that - just work. At least I'm out early for the next 3 days because I worked a bit on Sunday - can't complain there!
