It's the start of a new week :tu (I am very grateful for this because last week was rough to put it mildly). What is everyone up to? I am dragging a little today because I stayed up late watching the Giants/49'ers game. I was so full of adrenaline by the time it was over there was no way I was getting to bed so I ended up watching Wedding Crashers (after making what seems like the 10th trip up to Jack's room to calm him down, he's had a very bad cold and keeps waking himself up at night.

My team is going to the super bowl :yesss so that's a great way to start the week. I hope to get caught up on my Project Life journaling. I am itching for the end of the month to get here so I can get my photos printed. It's going to be a busy work week but DH is out of town until Friday so I should be able to catch up with everything without too much guilt :) I have an 8 mile run on the trail with my friend on Thursday (5 weeks until the half marathon) and all 4 of my kids have dentist appointments (funnnnnnnnn).

Hope you all have a wonderful week everyone :beat

For me it's a week until my 30th birthday! So I'm in my last week in my 20's.. but I'm okay with that. It's supposed to be my lucky year since I'm 30 on the thirtieth so I'm hoping for some good stuff. ;) I'm working today but don't work again until the weekend and unoftunatley have to work the evening of my birthday. My boys are a little disappointed but I'm hoping my hubby is planning something for the following weekend. I booked myelf a hot stone massage for tomorrow and I'm soooo looking forward to it! :) Have a great week everyone!

Brace yourself for the excitement that is about to unfold before you...

Grocery shopping, and the chiropractor.

And maybe Costco.

I know, I know. I'm livin' large.

Not too much going on this week! DH has got to get to the doctor though, since he's been so uncomfortable with something he pulled where his leg and hip meet. He's been in misery for a few days now and I really do think its time for him to visit the doctor.

Other than that....just a normal, working week here! Hope everyone is safe & sound after the tornado activity around here last night and hope that if its moving your way, you and yours will be okay.

Oooohhhhh!!!! I LOVE going to Costco! I need to get more of their stainless steel coffee travel mugs! BEST MUGS EVAH! ;) They have such fun colors too!

Ugh, this Monday sucks for me. Woke up with ear issues last Friday, couldn't get in to see my regular doctor so went to the minor emergency. Not ear infections but rather eustachian tube dysfunction so I have been dealing with pain from it for now 4 days. I am not getting much sleep at all and I just want to cry......

I am going to try and do some chores around the house though and maybe scrap a few digi pages and work on my PL. Trying not to let it get the best of me.

ooh angie my life isnt very exciting today either,i can relate to the tiredness cause i was downstairs washed and dressed by 5am because of this blooming cough,so ill be falling asleep on the checkouts later,i did get to scrap a page tho so thats all good

The usual.

Work. Grocery shopping. Cleaning. Laundry. Hopefully a little scrapping.

And I'm gearing up for Brady's big 4th Bowling Birthday Bash. It's Sunday and while I have all of the supplies I need, I haven't made one darn thing!

Pretty much a dup. of Jordan's world... Well, except I'm gearing up for a scrapbook retreat(I'm digi scrappin' of course) that we(me, my Mom, Sis, daughter & neice) are attending this weekend. So pumped! Yeah!!! Oh, and it since we leave for the retreat on Friday, I only have a 4 day work week! Double yeah for me!!! :-)

Make it a great week ladies, no matter what the world throws at you. :-)

It's Life ala Vanilla here as per usual too. Which actually I'm really grateful for. ♥ Bugga and I are settled into our routine well and so it's lots of school, work, chores, errands and such.

Kelly, yay for your boys!! I wasn't rooting for them truth be told but I was impressed with how well Eli played under pressure. That was clutch. And I'll pull for them vs. the Pats for sure! Hope this week is better and Jack is feeling better soon soon!

Angie, your post made me giggle.

Melanie, hope your DH gets some relief soon!

Renee, Yay for the birthday anticipation!!

Neenee, eeek! I so hope you're feeling better soon!

You too too Karen!

Ooh have fun preparing for the birthday bash Jordan! Sounds like fun!

Lor...oooh a scrapbooking retreat sounds fantastic! And also..just had to say I loved the last line of your post. ♥

Nothing much this week out of the ordinary for me either. Grocery shopping and WW tonight, choir practice and swim lessons on Wednesday night and then nothing much until church on Sunday. Yay! :) Maybe I'll get some scrapping time in this week too! :)

A pretty low key week here as well, homeschool, cleaning, scrapping, grocery shopping, hoping to pull my cross stitch and knitting out this week and maybe get something creative done away from my computer. We'll see how that goes. :)

I'll have to check those out! (I haven't gone yet. LOL)

We took Miss Monkey to the dentist for the first time this morning. She did okay. I'm impatiently waiting for my December Daily 2011 book to arrive today! My mom (yeah!) and grandma (ugh!) are arriving tomorrow to celebrate my bday early, and then my actual bday is Thursday. I was VERY CLEAR with DH that I expect (a) a cake and (b) him to get me a card from DD, so we'll see how well he does.

Good idea on giving dh instructions, LeeAndra!

This week is more of the same of last week, I'm afraid. I ended up having a complete meltdown on Friday late afternoon after a rough week of work, and dh told me to just turn off the computer and come back to it Monday. So here it is Monday, and it's just as rough, but at least I haven't melted down yet today.

Expecting more of that during the week, between Church, Cubs, Beavers, Swimming, Bowling, and Football clinic.

That's so funny Renee! My family loves their travel mugs too. I bought maybe 10 sets last year. I have about 4 unopened ones left. My boys usually have a few in their cars!

Just sitting at the hospital with Rick. He's headed down for an MRI right now and another plasmapheresis treatment tonight.

He actually had reflexes in his arms and legs today which he hasn't had on a couple of months, so he's pretty encouraged. I guess his weakness isn't typical of GBS though, so that is why the MRI. Hopefully he'll be released tomorrow and I can get back to a more normal routine.

Looking forward to a visit from my favorite aunt and uncle tonight too! They live about 9 hours away and are stopping by on their way to Arizona.

I took the week off of work. It's wonderful not having to worry about that with everything else going on!
