Monday, Monday

I have a quiet week this week, I'm very lucky. Not much planned :) Which is nice since I've spent the last month doing stuff every day.
 
I need to work!! And friday morning we will travel to Rio de Janeiro (600 km from here). We have a wedding of a cousin there! Waiting for the sun to go to the beach! lol
 
Kids are home today and tomorrow, Brian is out of town so we are going out to lunch and to see Chipwrecked this afternoon. I think we may go to the beach for awhile tomorrow, it's supposed to be nice out. We will see :)
 
oh it is so so cold here this week, -36C today with the wind and supposed to remain this way all week. So i will not be venturing far. Not a good week for my computer to be in the shop-grrr.
 
LOL Angie! :) My boys don't have school either, but I shipped them to my parents house for the day. I have our monthly scrapbook night at church on Thurday that I organize, so I always look forward to that. Friday we are having a couple over for dinner. Otherwise, not too much going on here. Yay! :)
 
today i have had both the boys off school as they are poorly,tomorrow i have to take Gabrielle to the Drs for her injections,wednesday its slimming club and apart from that no other plans here
 
Eliana has her first dentist's appt Thursday. How lucky for me that Val could sense this and released her tooth kit this past weekend! :giggle

I'm finally getting my (200 page!) recipe binder printed Wednesday, so I'm excited abt that and looking forward to sending out New Year's cards this week. Oh, and I had my 2011 December Daily sent off to be printed, so maybe I will have that by the end of the week.

Besides that, not much. Jeff is working a double Friday afternoon and evening, so we will have a pretty quiet weekend while he catches up on sleep.

It's the couple weeks after that where we have birthdays and family coming in from out of town and triple dates and the Super Bowl that I'm most excited abt!
 
I've just dropped the kids off at their grandparents and they will be gone for 3 days. Hoping to catch up on a few things like house stuff, 'real' work and some designing. Might squeeze in a dinner date with hubby too. Oh and definitely spending some quality time with my kindle :)
 
Hopefully, whatever I've got going on will be better than today! Glad this Monday is over with!
 
-40 with the windchill.... ugh!! Working all week! Did grocery shopping today - got that job done..:) Other than that, just keeping warm and getting through the work week:)
 
I keep thinking today is Tuesday because I worked last night! I have had a nasty cold since Saturday and haven't done much for days. But I'm off now and Tuesday and Wednesday and I plan to sit around to relax and recover! Next week, I have to take a furlough week, which sucks cause I lose a weeks pay, but I'm happy to have some time off! I'm going to sit around and work on crafty projects all week!
 
Today was a Monday all the way around, but tomorrow to quote Nemo and my wise friend, Sara, I am going to just keeping swimming. Hoping the light cooperates enough to finally photograph my PL Week 1. I hope to get most of Week 2 put together tomorrow as well. I am finishing up my closet organization binge this week. Also, gearing up for the big TLP 5th Birthday Bash this weekend! :happydance
 
Eric had his wisdom teeth pulled today. Another one of my boys has his done this Friday...oh joy!! LOL

I had some time to scrap though...so that was good.

I had a text on my phone from my boss saying they were slammed, and could I come in for a bit. I ignored the text! Isn't that horrible of me? I've never done that before! I'm not feeling fabulous though and I really didn't want to go in. It's just too hard for me to say no.

Rick has his appointment to get the results from his spinal tap on Thursday. It can't come soon enough! Hoping there is a diagnosis.
 
Well it's Tuesday here now, but it could be Monday! School holidays here so I don;t care what day it is!
It;s also really hot and the kids are on the slip and slide atm. I have no plans for this week except to maybe go to the park or pool or something.
Oh and my MIL has her 60th bday party on Saturday which I need to find an outfit for.
 
the kids were off yesterday, as i'm sure many were. so we started sorting through toys and organizing our basement a bit.

forthe rest of the week, i have some chores and errands to get done today and tomorrow. thursday starts the set-up of a big HUGE meet that our gymnastics academy hosts, and it runs through sunday night. my daughter competes sunday at 4:00, so that's how we'll finish off our weekend. plus, my MIL is coming to help watch the kids while i'm working the meet (since it's DH's weekend on-call, which 90% means he won't be here).
 
Work, work, and work... Our weekly visit with my Mom, and that's about it. Well, other then squeezing in some scrappin' after work! :-)
