Monday, Monday! What's happening?

Monday snuck up on us quickly this week. LOL Thankfully, my girls are off school for MLK day, so we're taking it easy and having some fun. After that, it's a busy week ahead. It's restaurant week here, so my girlfriends and I are trying some new places, starting with lunch tomorrow. DD1 has what I hope will be one of her last ortho appointments. Yay! I'm kicking all of the planning I've been doing for school carnival into high gear now that we're only 6 weeks out. Eep! We're cooking up some big things at TLP right now, so Kelly and I have a full schedule of meetings this week. Busy, busy!

The dentist was open today so 2/7 of the kids are finishing getting sealant on their choppers!!
Gonna do a bit of chores then play today. No plans just fun! The weather is cooperating, so perhaps a hike!
I'm teaching a cooking class on Friday (my first and it is Chinese) so have to get all the fun ingredients this week for that!
Try to keep up with the challenges and finish my 2012 book, and get that baby off to the printers.
TOMORROW please, all who read this, is our final court appeal for our boys. Once the judge upholds the state's decision to terminate parental rights, we can begin official adoption papers and have the boys legally!!! Pray, think good things and pray for us please!! Tomorrow!!

Not much going on here this week. Staying in the apt as much as possible...i don't do cold well. We do have errands to run today, bank, groceries, library. Other than that this week is just homeschool and housework.

It's really cold here too Sarah... high today is 10, but -20 with wind chill... brrr

Kids have off today here too. I'm taking my DD for a haircut with me today. I'll be playing around and loading my new phone today too... Love the new phone, but hate the process of syncing it all and downloading the needed apps etc. to have it usefully doing my calendar and bluetooth with car etc. Tomorrow is a procedure day for me at work - yet so far I didn't have any scheduled as of Friday, so I'm hoping for an unusual day off! With it being the new year and new deductible I'm hoping people steer clear:) Rest of the week is work, so it would be nice to have the bonus day, since my normal day off will be consumed with kids fun!

Hi Boss!! Good to know you are feeling better!! :( Work is still crazy and stressful over here... My staffs can't even greet the customers : hi !! welcome to core fitness!!!! (they said they need a year to practice) ... Please help me some one!!

Oh Anne! Sending up prayers that all goes as planned. ;)

We had a busy weekend. The to do list was a mile long and we conquered most of it which feels like a huge success. With that being said, we are having a super lazy day (kids home from school here as well) and probably won't get out of pj's until after lunch!!

We're still in Michigan. The kids are getting in a last few ski runs and then we'll start our drive back to Chicago so Clara can go to ballet tonight. Once we're back... it's just a regular ol' week with school, kid activities and a traveling husband. Oh... we are gearing up for my son's School of Rock shows this weekend... AC/DC!!

Home with kidlets today also :). Cleaning out closets... how about that for fun! WOOT! If DS didn't have basketball practice we wouldn't leave the house all day. DRAT. Guess I gotta shower after all, hehe.
 
We are home today too. It's nice and sunny out side so we may grab some lunch and head to the park to play. I also need to pack for this weekends girls getaway to the coast. I'm in desperate need of some girl time.
 
It's like 20 degrees here and we're off to the zoo today, of all places! If I survive that the rest of the week will be easy. Katelyn's got school all week and hubby has today off so he'll work all week too. Lots of scrapping in my future, lol!

The kids are off school here today too. We're off to a slow start. It's 11am and DS is still in bed. Guess his birthday weekend (he turned 14) wore him out! LOL Then we're in for the usual school stuff with band, D&D club, Girl Scouts, etc. Hopefully, the kids have less homework this week. Last week was a bear!
 
DH had to work, but the kids and I are all home. My oldest daughter is going prom dress shopping with friends. She won't be buying without me because I am not really ready to hand her a couple hundred dollars and tell her to have fun, but she can try them on and have fun with her friends. The other two and I are sprawled on sofas relaxing. We have Psych Season 6 playing with the audio commentary, which is almost as entertaining as watching it normally. Watched Pitch Perfect this morning with the girls and that was fun, too. Scrapped one Project Life insert. Vegetable soup in the crock pot. Gonna go heat up a microwave meal for lunch...

We are laying low today and it's glorious. We have one extra kiddo from Ella's sleepover last night and I'm taking her home in an hour, so I do kind of have to get dressed.

We're going to work on organizing our basement - haven't tackled that one yet since we moved.

I'm going to start week 3 of Project Life, and paint my nails. And TRY to finalize my tattoo design so that if I get an appointment tomorrow I can get it done.

It's fricking freezing here so other than taking Annie home I'm staying my butt in the house.

Oh, and I'm making Italian Chicken Soup for supper, this reminds me I need to start the chicken.

No school today!!! YAY! The only reason why I am excited is because it is below 0 right now and I don't have to leave the house!

I have an appointment this week to have my foot looked at...injured it 22 years ago and finally said enough is enough with the pain.
I am covered in a rash/hives and have no idea why
I have been so tired lately...fell asleep at 6:00 last night and slept until 7 this morning.
I have a scrap night on Saturday with Heather and the gang!!!!!

Nothing much happening, though. DD is working on her 2nd week of PT and down to one-ish accident a day. No clue when #2 will (ever) happen in the potty, but I'm counting my blessings that I finally got my stubborn 3.5yo in underwear so she can go to preschool this fall! :yesss

I have work, Hubs has work and school, blah blah blah.

My actual birthday is Saturday, and supposedly, Hubs has something planned, so we'll see.
 
My boss is back tomorrow after a month of absence, so I expect a rather busy week. :) Other than that, we will try to stay warm because it'll be chilly the whole week.

We did breakfast at Chick-fil-A because bianca has missed going so much.... then ice skating for almost 2 hrs and then playing school in the house.... she is one strick teacher.
