Monday, Monday! What's happening?

Good luck Rachel!

Super busy at work - Christmas lunch with the admins and haircut on Wednesday, All-Staff meeting Thursday (and prep for it in the days prior). Shopping Thursday for the social after the All-Staff. And to top it all off, I feel like my neck and shoulders have been kicked by a horse, so I'm wondering if I'm getting sick :(
 
Eye appt, dentist appt,
school, preschool and speech this week like usual
a special Christmas program at the library Wednesday night
grocery shopping and finish Christmas shopping
 
Rachel...how scary. I hope it goes well and turns out to be nothing. And good luck, Tali...hope it all goes well, with a quick recovery.


I was so sick today...headache, nauseous, fever, chills, not sure what bug I picked up. I'm sitting here with an ice pack on my head. I ate breakfast, but it didn't "stick".

This week is filled with lots of things, Christmas concert for the kids (the youngest is at 6:30pm and the oldest at 8:00pm, so we'll be busy all night), and my baby is turning 7 on Friday (how did this happen so quickly?). I have to make cupcakes for his class (28!) and then a chocolate cake for his birthday dinner with immediate family.
 
Lazy day here on Monday as Summer holidays have started and my 10 years old slept in until 11am!!! But I am looking forward to Thursday when my big girl gets home from Japan!

Crazy buzy here in SH: booked photo shoots & post processing some other shoots, christmas celebrations at my kids's school & kindy + lots of to-do list before we head for our Christmas home trip to the Netherlands. And also mentoring a Dutch marketing intern working at my friend's business ........... why o why did I commit to that ;-)

We planned a ski trip in Italy as well, it will be the first time the kids will see snow!!! So I really need to prepare my tropical kids that the weather will be really really really cold ;-) so looking forward to that experience.
So I also need to do some clothes shopping just in case I can't find it that quickly in NL as I have loads of other things on my Europe shopping list as well.
 
Such a busy week! I have a busy schedule with work, but thankfully we'll get a bit of a break tomorrow afternoon for our office holiday party. I need to go shopping for a gift for a birthday party this weekend, buy one last gift for my oldest, get my Christmas cards out, finish wrapping (the girls and I are having Christmas celebration #1 this weekend since we're leaving next Wednesday), make a packing list, make sure that we're set on cold weather clothing, catch up with my holiday album, and a million other things that are on my to do list but I cannot think of right now. I'm ready for that vacation! :)
