Monday Feb. 23 Slow Scrap -Instructions

Hi everyone! I am finishing up a batch of cookies, but I will be popping into the chat room iat 2:00PM EST!!! Join me to join me as we do a SLOW scrap (or just to chat if you prefer!) I will be posting the instructions below as we get started!!!

Rules:
Complete a page by 3:00PM EST Tuesday Feb. 24 - including 75% TLP product, and it must have all elements of the instructions below! Post your link to your page in this forum!

Instructions:

1. Choose 2 photos that you would like to scrap on one page

2. Choose and place your background paper - it can be plain or patterned.

3. Create a statement border around your page! I am talking more than just a matted border, or a simple stitch border. Mix it up with paints, stitching, brushes, tape, etc... I want the whole border around your page to be a statement! (Hint: the store has some great premade borders and messy edges!)

4. Crop and place your 2 previously selected photos into your page - wherever looks best!

5. Give your photos a border. In Photoshop I simply use Edit>Stroke and choose a color from my LO and set it to about a 25-30 stroke. You can do an actual paper mat, as well, behind the photo.

6. Place your journaling or title (or both). I want you to at least do one or the other, and if you feel up to it, do both!

7. Finish off your page by adding whatever elements you think it needs, or extra papers you think it needs - this is where you really make your page yours!
