Monday is a little easier today for those of us in the States. Yay for a long weekend! I'm just home from a weekend crop and enjoying a little relaxation. I've barely started to think about what the week holds, but it's probably time. LOL What's on your agenda this week?

On Tuesday, I have a committee lunch for the school carnival. (I am crazy and am chairing this year). DD2 has early release from school, so I will pick her up and head straight to DD1's away tennis match. On Wednesday, my Project Life work group meets. I worked really hard on my album over the weekend but I need to get a new strategy for scrapping the current week while contiuing to catch up on my backlog. Of course, it's also BYOC week, so we'll be working hard all week long to bring this awesome collection to you on Friday. Also on Friday, I am working in DD's kindergarten class all morning. Another busy week!

My last day of "home alone" weekend. Boo. LOL

I've managed to not do much, which is a big feat for me. I did do some laundry, though. My resolve was weak.

This week I have a new Couch to 5k group starting, which is always exciting.

Otherwise, same ole same ole!

Today hubby and I are both home with the kids for the holiday! So far all we've done is sit around in our pj's. :beat

I think I may attempt a grocery trip. And we're planning on starting our next round of p90x today. And maybe paint a little hallway or something? we'll see... or maybe just sit around in pj's ;)

This week is pretty much more of the same... which makes project life a bit of a challenge sometimes.

Trying to get rid of this junk that I have been dealing with since Wed. Not sure if it's the flu or just sinus stuff. It's now decided to settle in my chest so just hoping it goes away soon without me having to go to the doctor.

We also have a holiday here, so the kids are playing Wii while dh is sleeping in. I'm hoping to get the school supplies organized because the kids start school tomorrow! Our summer has gone by so quickly this year.

So excited for a holiday Monday! Today's a mix of fun and chores - grocery shopping, laundry, ironing, and scrapping!

And then the rest of the week will be wild - we have a high level visitor coming to the lab, and it's going to turn everything upside down for the week. My schedule is all wacky since I took the "evening shift" and will be there into the evenings. So I'm not quite sure what my week will be like, other than chaotic!

We have a day off this week here in Brazil as well, but not today :) Friday is independence day here and we're planning to go to my parent's country house to spend the day by the pool. It's already super hot here so I think the boys will have a great time there. Hope it doesn't rain :) Other than that is just work work work from me. Oh, I'm planning to see the new Batman movie with DH tonight. We have a movie theater here now YAY!! It opened a few weeks ago!!! :D

Today we're going to clean...with everything going on this weekend (replacing brake pads on our car and running errands mostly) I just didn't get around to cleaning.

I'm also planning on getting a good start on the TLP challenges and my hybrid page that I talked about here.

Other than that just homeschooling, cooking, cleaning...the usual.

Just the regular for us pretty much. Homeschool, work, homeschool, work. Taekwondo fit in there too. And dance is starting this week for the girls, so add that to the list :)

We are doing laundry, catching up with school work, straightening up the house, recovering from an exhausting altogether wonderful weekend (gonna have to make a different post about that!) and tonight I have a Young Survivor's cancer support group meeting. Loving the three day weekend!!

Happy Monday everyone!

It's been a bit of an off weekend, but I'm looking ahead and looking forward to the new week! Today I'm finishing up some crafting for BYOC (woot!). And this week will be all about diving in to September and planning and designing and writing and such. Plus the usual weekly plans.

Hope it's a beautiful week everyone!

Had a super busy day at work. Yes had to work today...and Kenzie starts soccer practice tonight. Going to be so hot!

I really enjoyed the day off today! Plus it's good to have a shorter week ahead. It's going to be work as usual, plus visiting a friend tomorrow evening who recently got back home after a knee operation, and maybe seeing another friend who just got engaged on Thursday night.

We drove home today from visiting elderly relatives in St. Louis. We try to make it there at least once per year to offer them a little boost with seeing the kids. I only wish it wasn't so far of a drive or I would make sure to get there more often. This is my DH's Great Aunt and Uncle (90 and 95 y/o!!!). The aunt recently had some surgery and took a bad fall. She wasn't sounding good about getting up out of bed so we knew the trip was imperative. She taught my daughter to knit while we were there and also got her out to dinner! I think the trip was a success:)

We enjoyed the day off together! We rehomed one of our dogs this morning. He went to another military family and we have a mutual friend so I feel good about it. Then my husband and I cleaned the entire house top to bottom. We also went out to get some much needed new bedding. I finally have my grey and yellow comforter!!

The rest of this week is just filled with work. Wednesday I have pre-K orientation for my oldest. I'd like to try to take the dog to the beach one night this week too.

It's late now, and I just finished labeling school supplies - 24 pencils, 24 pencil crayons, 14 pens, 24 felts, 10 dividers, 10 keytabs, 2 binders, 3 highlighters, 2 dry-erase markers + an eraser, 3 white pencil erasers, and lots and lots of other stuff. Dh teased me and told me to label each page of the 200-count lined notepaper. :lol

How come I don't remember all this from when I was a child? Probably because school supplies were INCLUDED.

Yep, Monday was a holiday... gotta luv those long holiday weekends!

For me this week... Its back to work; good thing I luv my job! And back to school for my Emma; she is so pumped for the 1st day of school today. And volleyball and basketball practice starts for her too. So, I guess it's just getting back into the grove of the new school year...

First Day of school over here, and as much as my kids have been fighting and not getting along this summer I'm finding it really hard to have them gone. I also have a new batch of kiddo's in my daycare and I hope they get along good :) I may have my hands busy since 3 are all under 3 with the youngest being 11 months old.
Wish me luck lol

Not much this week. Have a lunch meeting with the Big Poobah at work tomorrow and then getting my hair done tomorrow night. Otherwise, just the usual stuff for us.

Getting back on track after a long holiday weekend. Kids have been back in school for 3 weeks so it's routine now. Need to catch up on my scrapbooking!
