ok - i must have been under a rock this weekend or just loopy from kissing the frog, but i somehow missed the mommyish 75% cu sale. thank goodness she just sent out a reminder email.

So all of that to ask what are you're mommyish go-tos for your personal scrapbook layouts. I've got a couple of styles in my wishlist (and they're only a $1), but want to know what y'all reach to time and time again when you're scrappin.

Thanks in advance for enabling my scrappin.

I'm a pocket scrapper, so I HAD to have her pocket template maker actions. I bought them back in January and I LOVE them.

I bought the doodle and stitching actions last night.... no clue how to use them yet though :-)

ok - so i just looked closer at the email and it's both Mommyish and Just Jaimee's CU stores on sale! REALLY! This is just too much. Please share your Just Jaimee must haves too.

I bought a lot of Mommyish and JustJamie but what I really like are the ones that are overlays so any solid color can be a paper as well as blending several for artsy papers. Then the gessos, the banner maker, the confetti and dots and stars - things that can be any color for any kit. Finally, i bit for the marquee builder and the Pocket Template Maker. Oh Candy corn..just cause! and then many others! Can you tell I like styles?

I adore the pocket template maker. I use a regular template most of the time, but every now and then I have too many photos, and I love being able to customize.

I have been eyeing this sale, too. So much good!!!

I've honestly never used styles, though. I typically love mixed media brushes and grungy overlays!

I love the cork styles - I already had the March BYOC one but I just bought the general one in the sale. I also like the inverted flair, the ombre glitter, the edging style (adds a bit of burn on the edges of whatever).

JJ's Storyteller May (not sure which year) styles include a general distressing one I use all the time when doing stamped effect titles.

My faves:
Mommyish styles, stitches (I have all the actions but haven't figured out how to use them yet so I also bought all the handstitched rectangles/circles), and flowers.
Just Jaimee brushes and DSD 2015 CU Commercial Use Dusty Dirt Styles (Grunge).
Seriously, those dusty dirt styles are awesome, especially if you are mixing and matching kits and one kit is cleaner and the other more distressed. I highly recommend!

Thanks for the recommendations Mary. I'll have to go check out the dirt styles.

BTW: I saw that mommyish has a youtube video on how to install and use those stitches. there was a link in the product description. https://the-lilypad.com/store/CU-Stitching-Action-2015-pt-2-T-and-V-Stitches.html
