MOM day

We decided this month to have a day for each member of the family on the same number day as our birthday. My birthday is May 1st, so my day was today. Each other family member is encouraged to do something special for the person we are celebrating. So today was practice for the others. If this works well we want to do it every month.

I got a back rub from my oldest son, a pink heart and lots of kisses from my youngest, and my middle son made me a card.

translation of his very messy writing:

My mom stays up to do the dishes for me.

My Mom, wow, she does stuff for me.

My mom does stuff for me.

I love my mom.

It's good to feel appreciated!
