I want to publicly thank the Pollys and the designers for their contributions to the MOC. Thank you for all of your efforts to make this a fun learning experience, that allows us to earn some free stuff in the end. You don't have to do all of this...we love TLP without it. But you go above and beyond and then in the end reward us for doing what we would do anyways...scrap.

Thank you for making me step outside of my comfort zone and tackle challenges that wouldn't be my normal scrapping cup of tea. After all, they are challenges, aren't they? They enable me to put aside my "normal" scrapping style/supplies/ideas and think outside of my own little box and explore things out in the scrapping world I wouldn't have used normally. And in the end, I surprise myself a little bit by actually enjoying/liking those things.

I know you all have put so much thought and energy into making these challenges, and making them meaningful. You guys have really poured yourselves into this...and for that we should be grateful.

I know that some of the challenges aren't for everyone, but it's good to remember all the hard work and effort (and potential reward for us) that has gone into this. You guys are putting yourselves out there for us, and I for one appreciate it.:heartslub
 
Jen - I totally agree! There are some well, challenging, challenges, but this month so far has been nothing short of awesome! I am looking forward to the chats this week and am sad that there are only 11 days left! Love it here!!
 
i agree 100%, last year i had just joined the forum and was determined to complete MOC but... i only got to #5. this year i'm all in, and the more "in" you get, the more addicting it is. ;) i deft'ly did a bunch of pages that were challenging, that i would have never scrapped otherwise. it's the perfect time of year too ...

ditto, this is my first MOC but it won't be my last...I've had fun, stressed a little and learned a lot!!! thanks to everyone at TLP!!!!
 
:yesss! I jumped into the MOC after a long hiatus from digi, and the variety of challenges has really helped me to get my mojo back! Thanks to everyone involved in the MOC, it has been a great experience!

I agree whole-heartedly! Thank you so much for all the wonderful challenges. Some of them have truly been "challenges", but that's the point… to try something that isn't the norm for us. Thanks Jen for a wonderful post!

Great post, Jen! This is my first MOC and it has been so fun! I've done more scrapping this month than I did for half of last year. I really appreciate all the work from the designers and everyone who has picked the challenges. I'm learning new things and having a great time! :) Thank you!
 
What a great post!! All of the work that goes into the MOC is worth every second when we hear how much you guys enjoy it! I'm so glad its been beneficial to you, and that its "challenging" everyone just a bit! You're all doing such an amazing job, keep it up!!
 
Awwww this post is great! I love all the wonderful perspective you all give to MOC! I know we've all had a great time behind the scenes too! AND it's not over yet!
 
Scrapping really is my love, and when others love it, or begin to love it more, it makes me even happier...so so glad you all are enjoying it! It really is the best time of the year to kick our butts into a good routine of scrapping memories and just enjoying our wonderful hobby. This thread is a joy to read, and I second our Leader in kudos to Julie for believing in it and organizing it. The whip marks don't hardly hurt much anymore...bhahhahaha

I agree Jen. This is my first MOC and really my first digital scrapbook pages. I am learning as I go and the challenges have me learning new things. I really appreciate that! Where else can you learn new techniques and get positive feedback and have so much fun doing it and even earn some free stuff (hopefully). Thank you to everyone involved in the MOC challenge. I plan on making it to day #31.
 
What a great post Jen! I'm enjoying this ride just as much as you and when you love what you do, it really doesn't count as work! :)
