weight gain ...which is happening lately... I am losing the battle these days after I quit smoking.. next month will be a year and I have gained some of my weight back and regardless of exercise and watching what I eat, I gain anyway, so that is my greatest fear.

Me too! I am at about a year mark (just over).... and the weight thing is a concern. :|
