I don't know yet. I make small items as and when, then put them in a box to raid whenever I need a gift.

So cute! years ago I was on line with a lot of crafty women from Melbourne OZ. I don't know why I was there cause digital scrapping was all I did but I certainly enjoyed seeing what they made and sold.

Stop the presses. Just had an idea for my 'adopted' grands. They are learning to sew but vastly prefer paint and glue and paper....Hybrid project. Sew a wee gift like you did, then they write a story (they do all the time) and make a book to tuck into's it front pouch (back pocket, etc).

And the gift raid box is an awesome idea. I keep somethings on hand but then scramble to find them.

it's cute - is this like what they used to call 'ugly dolls'? like as in 'it's a thing', i'm not calling your creation ugly!! a few years back i entertained the notion of making one for DS, oh for about a minute! just playing with digi stuff is so much faster, painless (i'm not good at sewing) and less cleanup so i never got past the pinterest or 'i could..." stage - he ended up with a store bought plush mini batman i think!

@bellbird I'm not sure that it's a "thing", just something I wanted to try. I got the pattern last year when I tested it for the pattern designer. It was a full sized toy and my son still has it. I wanted to have ago at making mini ones that I could give away as small gifts, so I scaled it down. I might make another one later this month.
