hi girls!
here are the speed scrap instructions for the Wed, May 30th speed scrap. you have two hours (until 2 PM EST) to complete your page and post here in the thread and in the gallery
good luck!
1) Select two pictures to scrap and crop them to square and/or rectangular shapes and place in the middle of page
2) select a solid background paper and layer it on top of a patterned or solid paper.
3) use a brush or paint to create a focal point behind the pictures. make sure it is large enough that you will be able to add some paper shapes and elements on top of it ...
4) layer some rectangular and square shaped patterned papers (use 4 - 5 different patterns) under/around the pictures
5) add 5 - 10 different elements (NOT including string, ribbons, stitching) to your page - scattered around your pictures/papers. you can repeat elements, but must have at least 5 different elements and no more than 10 ...
6) add some sort of stitching or doodle to the page border - and as many ribbons, stitches and strings as you want to the photo/paper/paint area of the page
7) add a title, some journaling and a date
OK - GIRLS - one more hour
can't wait to see your pages!! post here in this thread - and also in the gallery
