I feel I've lived two weeks this week with how busy it has been at home. But I would be remiss not to share the BRAND NEW kit I've created for this week: "Soul Healing"!

This kit came together in stages. It started with finding some pressed flowers I'd forgotten about from my oldest last spring. Then it waited.

After finding a vintage illustration & story with Pandora's Box, "Soul Healing" took on a different direction & life. All that's in the box now is HOPE. This kit for a personal journey of self discovery. Soul searching. Less hiding ourselves. It's about taking the time to do the things that will HEAL our souls & be happy...again. Seeking. Searching. Growing.

The day I was making these layouts this week I was IN IT. Anxious. Broken. So I just said I'm making art. I'm scrapping anyway. And worked through it. Breathing different after focusing just on me for a bit.

@EHStudios Hi there!...Welcome to the pad!...

I'm not familiar with your work...but I love this set you have created here...I love! all of your beautiful! layouts too...Everyone here that knows me,knows all about my tough times through my layouts style...I have scrapped a lot of grief layouts since my beloved husband of almost 30 years died from a sudden diagnosis of a stage 4 terminal brain cancer tumor, from which he died in a total of 12 days...I am still working through this...I like your WA style Art Journaling that you have showcased here...One of my observations [about some kits] ...is that they never seem to contain enough WA to express my feelings and I usually end up having to create my own to coordinate...so Thank You! for sharing this with us...:heartlub ...I certainly relate to your WA here...

@RJMJ your words this morning are exactly what I needed as a creator! Thank you for that!! Wordart has always been my "go to" piece & what pulls me in.

Your pages have always been an inspiration to me & how you pull from so many places to truly work through your heartbreak. I'm so incredibly sorry for your loss!! Any words I give would never be adequate enough.
