Going on Sissy Sparrows question about your favourite M3 collections so far, I was wondering if any of you might have some themes, element packs, or anything else you'd like to suggest / request for the upcoming M3 collections?

Please post your requests in this thread. :heartslub

I'd like to request more of the cut files that are useful for hybrid. Some of them are only useful for digital due to the pieces that would no longer be attached when you actually cut them from paper. (I like them, but to me they are regular elements, not cut files.)

I'd like to see some of the emotions that aren't really *negative* but aren't *super* happy either, like say, uncertainty, anticipation, relief....

Loving every kit so far! Thanks to all the designers! :)

Those are fantastic suggestions for themes Lorry!

Anyone have any specific element pack requests? Like maybe paper dolls, more hand-drawn elements, masks...?

Maybe some separate body parts and different collage type elements (Teesha Moore style) (eyes, feet/legs, faces, hands, borders, bright colors)... like this kind of thing

I'd also love to see something along the lines of personal totems (as a theme), and with elements where we could build our own totem poles on the page. Like front facing heads of animals, people, hats/masks/crowns, gems, symbols, etc.

Maybe one about self-healing through personal things like journaling, music, meditation, art therapy, exercise, nature. Not necessarily a physical ailment... but more toward mindfulness (if that makes any sense at all).

Art dolls or extracted (helps me visualize it as more mine), even an add on kit with emotion words, You guys do so well it is hard to think of more.

Personally I really don't like the cut files much... and I am with Lorry re less negative things.. I like the brushy type alpha's Things that blend well .. I love paints splatters rub ons, and Lynne-Marie- more stuff like your "Land of Odds" style :) I love your land of odds that to me is a lot of the mix media stuff

I judge each month first based of how fun the colors are. :giggle So... keep the fun color palettes coming. I would love a super whimsical theme. Something along the lines of loving life and being goofy to stay young, etc. Run and jump in puddles, wear silly hats and glasses. Laughing and telling stories with girlfriends. Playing with your kids with abandon. etc. :)

I love September 2014...so bright and cheerful. That's been my favorite kit so far. The one we just got didn't inspire me at all...I'm sorry ladies to say that. I like amazing paper, cool journal cards, upbeat themes. I like cool doodles and quirky illustration pieces.

Linda, I understand what you mean re bright and cheery :) and I too like the upbeat! [Land of Odds was a kit of Lynne-Marie's that she retired 3/26 :( ]

This is very interesting insight on what you ladies are looking for! We will definitely keep these comments in mind for the upcoming releases! Just a head's up though... our April theme is both bright and the gloomy - because we all have good and bad days; though hope shines through like a silver lining on our darkened clouds.

I do think you'll like it though...

I love Teesha Moore... I'm currently working on my own personal Teesha Moore inspired journal.... loads of fun and gets the mojo going.

I know a lot of you LOVE to have the positive upbeat style and yes it's very easy to work with.... but sometimes 'me personally' I need to have something a little bit on the darker side to match my mood at a particular time... I'm not always a happy camper!

Maybe there could be an add-on occasionally with the darker side. Art journaling for me includes that and sometimes having the words or art can stimulate what I need to get out.

I love the idea of journaling and journey...like exploring different emotions...the joy of something...I don't like dark...I want to crawl out of dark in my art journaling...and find joy thru it. Beams of light...I love to stack, blend and then blend some more...so paint...lots of it...and eyeballs..oh golly I love eyes...and fabric pieces, torn paper, collage material

i was thinking of paper dolls today, all these spring paper, made me thing wouldn't it nice, to use the paper for dresses. I guess just a kid again... long time since making my own from sears catalog.

i also love the ephemera

I agree with Jules. I love the dark :) LOL I like to art journal to pull "my demons" out so I can be happy--although I've only done a few pages :) I am a traditional journal keeper though and I write to organize my negative thoughts and hardships but also record the joys of my life. so, I think for me, an art journal will hold both joy and pain. So a mix of both would be ideal. Sissy sparrows, keep the dark side! Feeds my soul!
