I used Storyteller papers from Quinn, Skylar, Raine & Reed. I was kind of all over the place trying to find fun patterns that I liked. Then I stepped by from ALL the patterns I put in there and realized...that I had NO WHERE to put my pictures. So hanging them was the only option

let me tell you about my house. when I was a little girl my mom told me fairytales and in a lot of Hungarian fairytales the princess live in a special castle. it is a roatating castle on duck legs. yes really! since nowedays the houses aren't so specific anymore I decided to make this castle to show you something about my country. Smile (in Hungarian slang we still use this castle appellation if we want to emphasize that a house we talk about is fancy. )

if there is any culture where there is such a castle please let me know!

Agent 7, loved reading about your house, the closest I know is huts on legs in Switzerland (mountainous German part) but the one that has the legs that look like poultry legs is the hut in Stockholm

Well, this doesn't look anything like my house which is a cookie cutter subdivision house, but I had to do it in my favorite art journal style. There is a tape measure along the side for the 32 years Mike and I have been together!! He is my home, my safe place, my joy.

I don't know of many houses like the one who drew. Around here they just say "mansion" which is pretty much the top of your house. I love how you add a photo of the family near the place on the globe showing where your home is.
