Hello and welcome to Lynn Grieveson's August 2023 challenge-Tribute to Grandparent challenge.

Most of us have had our memories of our grandparents.

My challenge for you this month is to create a layout about a memory of your grandparents. Your page should include at least one photo, some journaling and don’t forget to put the date on your page …
You may use a template.
Note: If you didn't have grandparent, as I, scrap about a favorite aunt, uncle, godparent or a friend who you looked up to. Also, you can scrap about your childrens grandparents.

Here is my layout-I didn't know my grandparents so I scrapped my MIL and FIL:

Challenge Requirements:
  • Create a new scrapbooking page.
  • Use a minimum of 75% Lynn Grieveson Products.
  • Post your page to Lynn Grieveson's Designer Gallery, and then come back to this thread and post a link to your layout. (Please link your thread to your gallery image as it helps us leave love on your layout and validate your project).
  • Please remember to follow Gallery Guidelines and list your credits in the gallery posting.
  • No double-dipping…your layout must be created for this challenge only, no others.
  • This challenge will remain open until 31st July, 2023.

The Prize:
  • Lynn will be giving everyone who participates a discount coupon for her store that will give you 15% off when you spend over $10.
  • One random winner will get a $8 coupon for Lynn's Store
  • AND Lynn will be awarding a prize of $20 at the end of the year to a random winner from everyone who completes at least one of Lynn's challenges every month. There is a tracking thread for your participation layouts here.

I'm posting this on my FIL's 90th birthday. In the photo with my dd, he is 88.

This challenge was a wonderful opportunity to get the old photo albums out. My LO is about my paternal grandmother and her sister (my bonus grandma).
