I DID IT!!! I passed my national and state licensing exams! Any one want to buy or sell a house?? LOL! I'm sooo relieved that it's over! Now, I can start bringin' in the Benjamin's! :happydance heehee (And get back to my regularly programmed scrapping schedule :))​

Congrats!!!! Way to go!!! If you lived closer you could have a go at our house - unfortunately homes sales are HORRIBLE here in MI! We've had it listed for almost a year now, and not a single offer. :( We also know what we have to have from it and have no real urgency to sell it - we build our own homes custom and sell every 2 years or so. Most homes around here are going for such low costs from forclosures and people who HAVE to sell, so not much interest here.

That's terrible! But good that you're in a position that you don't HAVE to sell. Fortunately, the market hasn't been affected at all here. It's still going good and strong and there are very few forclosures. That's mostly because it's a military community, so it's a transient community...people always buying, always selling, and the government gives us what's called BAH (basic allowance for housing). It's based on rank, but if you buy so that your monthly payment is within that amount, you have guaranteed money every month to pay your mortgage! Definitely a perk! :)
