Hi! I was around last MOC (#3) and came back for MOC4. I don't know if this is a problem with the new site design but I can't stay logged in to the forums. I don't mean when I leave and come back but rather...I'll read the first page of a thread and be logged in but when I click on page 2, it now says I've logged out. Then I log in to post to the thread and it makes me log in again after I hit post. Does anybody know what's going on? Do I have to update a setting somewhere? Any help is greatly appreciated!
 
Thats weird. Do you have all cookies blocked on your computer? That may prevent TLP computers from recognizing you. Otherwise, I'm sure someone else might now!!
 
Nope. Cookies are working. That didn't seem to help. Thanks for the idea, though!
 
Now it's a bit flakey again...well I'll just wait and see unless anyone has any great ideas.
 
Log-ins are almost always due to your browser settings, rather than a function of the site. You might check and see if your browser automatically performed updates or if your internet security program has updated.
 
I never did figure it out. I usually use Chrome and never got that resolved so I started using Safari to access The Lilypad and it seems to work in Safari so I've got to think it's a setting somewhere. Let me know if you get it figured out!
 
I've been getting this message all day. I've had to sign in everytime I go to a different page, topic, forum post, etc. I just had to sign in 3 times to post this message. (I'm on a MAC, using Safari.)

I have the box checked and it doesn't matter. It seemed to be resolved this morning but now it's back to kicking me out every page.
 
I was having the same issue this morning too. I was already logged in and tried to comment or like stuff and it was saying I wasn't logged in. It seems to be okay now though after logging in several times (with the keep me logged in thing checked). I use Chrome. I wonder if Chrome did an update last night.

That didn't seem to matter yesterday, but so far today, I have not had to keep signing in. Maybe it was just an annoying glitz. I'll see what happens the rest of the day and keep you posted.
 
I am having the same issues. At first, if I re-entered the login details just before editing or writing a post it was ok, now it just a matter of chance. I got in this message in my fifth try! :)
 
I moved over to MS Edge and was able to make edits to forum threads in the private forum but now I'm getting the dreaded big black box that is show in Donna's post. Round and round I go...it doesn't matter if I tick the stay signed in box or not. I thought maybe it was just a problem with Chrome, but it's in Edge, too. Day ago it seemed fine, but not today. Does anyone have a trick to fixing this issue?
 
As I mentioned before, it happens in all four of my browsers. No amount of rebooting or clearing cache or whatever is helping. Since all signs point to the problem being with the site, not your computer, I don't see how there could be any fix besides waiting for the site to change, and since it's an intermittent problem affecting only some people with no obvious common thread, this is pretty much the worst case scenario for IT to be in. It's extremely hard to fix bugs like that.
 
ditto.. still issues and I have checked the box too. My PC is windows 8 using Explorer or chrome.. laptop is windows 10 same explorer/ chrome and on cell safari all issues.
