Loading a font into my Cameo....

It WON'T SHOW UP! Ack!!! It's driving me nuts. :dizzy I've installed it, restarted my Silhouette software, made sure everything's plugged in... NOTHING! :hissy So uninstalled it and tried again. Then, restarted my computer. I can NOT get this font to show up in my Silhouette software. And it's a free one, too! So annoying. Anyone have any suggestions? The font is called Bebas. Thanks!!
 
Hmm..what kind of computer do you have? Bebas loaded fine into my fonts, and I cut it on my Cameo all the time. Does it show up in other applications ie Microsoft Word?
 
I have an iMac. I just cleared my cache and restarted again, and nothing. I know it's installed. I just opened up Pages (it's like Word for Windows) and it was in there. Grrr... this is so frustrating!
 
sure is! :) I've NEVER had this problem with a font. Usually all fonts that I install show up in my Cameo software.

Have you updated your Silhouette software?
Maybe try downloading the font from a different source?
 
Did you try "Import to my library" under the file tab? That is the only way I've had fonts show up in the library. Although I don't know that I'm doing it right. LOL. I just created a folder with all of the fonts I wanted to add and then uploaded them that way. Maybe I'm just doing it the hard way? My instructional DVD wouldn't work, so I have had to try to figure out my cameo stuff by just playing with it.
