Ok, I did one, it is nothing fancy but I did it :tunow where do I put it and how do I get it there.
 
dawn, here's what you'll want to do.

1) go here: https://the-lilypad.com/gallery/
2) make sure you're logged in
3) make sure your file size (if it's a paper LO then the photo of your LO) is 250k or less.
4) Click on UPLOAD PHOTOS
5) Click BROWSE and find your file on your computer
6) give it a title
7) add a description if you want to
8) If you want to get emails to let you know when someone leaves a comment, then change the NO to a YES
9) click UPLOAD/SUBMIT

and then come and tell us you posted your LO so we can all go see!!!
 
do you have any photo editing software? even the most basic photo editor will do a resize. i guess it depends on what you have available to work with.
 
When I resize this is what I do:

Image> image size> I make it 600x600 & resolution 72.

It will look really small in PS but that is okay. Then instead of just doing "save as" do "save for web".

I have one file with the regular title then one I titled with WEB at the end so I know which is which for uploaded for the gallery.

If you want screen shots tell me & I can add some in. Those help sometimes. :)
 
Ok after tryin numerous times I got it, and your probally going to laugh, but I took picture of it w cellphone, then uploaded to FB downloaded it from there and uploaded it to here lol

Don't be silly no one will laugh at you, most of us were beginners at a time, I saw your layout last night and left you some love, thank you so much for sharing it with us!

Awww yay Dawn on your very first digi layout!!! And woot for resourcefulness with the saving for web! You'll get the hang of it in no time! And your first spread is SO precious!!!
