What little things do you do to treat yourself or pick yourself up? Apart from giving yourself unlimited scrap time... :stash

Just painting my toenails has made me feel happier this weekend - i still have a half black toenail from a mishap with a chopping board at the start of the year and tend not to go for dark colours usually but they're the only thing that'll disguise it and now that it's a bit warmer and i'm not in socks all the time, it was bugging me again (although i did buy some new fluffy winter socks last week and fluffy socks are about the best thing about winter to me ;) )

I go to the nail shop once every 3 weeks or so, and get my hair done every 2-3 months. Those are my treats for myself. As far as just little things...buying myself an iced mocha and painting my toenails rank right up there!

Um, this one is weird.
I buy my favorite ranch dressing and don't share it. It's more expensive, and wonderfully delicious! I share all my treats, but this one!

Every Friday when I do a shop for the week, I treat myself to a pack of 2 egg custard tarts - and everyone knows not to touch them! It also signals the start of the weekend. I love my Friday treat :)

My treat is getting to sleep in until I wake up on a Saturday morning. My whole family knows not to ruin the dreamland for me on rare occasion we don't have to go anywhere. :giggle

Oh, I dream of this!

At the moment, my 'treat' is a two-hour Saturday/Sunday afternoon sleep while DH takes the baby. I say 'treat' hesitantly as it's really quite essential to my survival! Other than that...a hot cup of tea consumed in a single sitting without having to reheat it in the microwave!

Honestly I can't think of anything since hubby and I basically agree that we both work and if we want something (within reason) we do it. I don't think of it as a treat but I do get my hair done every 4 weeks. That is more of a necessity since I can't stand the gray plus short hair means I have to get it trimmed quite often or it looks like crap.
