Where do you go for inspiration when you are blocked or when you need a new perspective? How about when you are stuck with an idea and can't make it reality? Where is that one place that you know that will help you out? Share it with us here in this thread. Maybe tell us why? Try to be specific, example don't just say PINTEREST, tell us exactly what you search for in pinterest (or the specific or maybe if you have a specific scrapper you like to go check their gallery.

If I'm looking for M3 or AJ inspiration, I love our M3 gallery. I adore Lili's gallery, and I love some of the posts that Kimberlee has posted here in the M3 forums. I also do search for AJ inspiration on Pinterest, and usually follow pin to pin, like on YouTube when they suggest the next video you will like...

I have a journaling board I save things to, but it is a mix of writing, like paper/notebook journal and art journaling. I need to split that...

I also like to search for free online classes or prompts. I've not found a lot that I remember off hand, but at least it gets me excited and bumped past the need for an idea. :)

When I'm stuck on how to scrap an idea, sometimes I'll google or whatever and change to images. Something there may catch my eye. I search for phrases that describe my idea (or actual words and lyrics as will be posted in my gallery soon).
Just need an idea -- I'm a template addict. Even if I want to do a quote. And of course just looking through the gallery -- which I just realized today I should start looking at my watched list. What good is it if I don't use it.

I love quotes. I have pinned a whole lot of them. I use them for my art journalling and even my everyday pages.

when I'm blocked I try to find a nice quote to show my feeling of the moment. I've a board where I pin nice quotes in fren and in english. for me, it's sometimes difficult to find the good words in english because it's my mother language so this board is very helpfull. the translators are so bad... and when I think it's not the good words, I write in french

I generally look right through my stash. I'm always surprised by something there. I buy a kit for a reason then often ignore the other goodies. I have my windows explorer set to show things as extra large icons (images). And if I'm looking for papers I filter on .jpg, if I'm looking for elements I filter on .png. I also search on specific things, like frames or staples. Surprising what I find that I already have.

I have a Pinterest board for quotes. Often I use them to start my layout. And then like @Lindzee, I will often just open up my stash & start playing.

I have a pinterest board for ideas too - if that does not spark something i will cruise pinterest looking for more things to add to my board - or ask friends to hook me up with what inspires them - I love finding new artists - I feel that seeing all different styles helps me to relax and not feel that my work has to be perfect - I like to mish mash styles and ideas I see to make my own art.

here is my board
