I hated the email I saw this evening. Again, I can only say, Val, I wish you the best, but I hate seeing you leave the pad. While I used to visit several shops, the pad has been my only digi home for years now. Hate seeing a few of my fave designers leave.
 
yep, our lily foler will sure be small now...I don't plan on going candyland, nothing to do there

Is Lily going to shut down too?

I am distraught to lose Little Butterfly Wings. If I had to pick only one designer's products to use exclusively, she'd be the first to come to mind. Is she following PRD over to the same store? I've got an account there but hadn't visited in several years. In 2016 I decided I only have time for one forum and was loving TLP and have been committed to this place ever since. I've been here longer than any other digiscrap forum; yet I joined my first forum in 2007! It can't be as bad as what Cath is suggesting, surely, right? But it did get me worrying a bit. Even if nothing else changes, I don't know if I can manage going to more than one place.
 
I have a huge folder full of LBW products, but I actually checked my pages over the past year or so, and I only used a couple of bits on around three pages. So I obviously liked buying but not so much getting around to using, although I think that her style had changed quite significantly from when I first started buying her products.

It's always sad to lose members of our digital family. SSD was the only other store I purchased from for years, but I only scrap for challenges/CT and I didn't like their changes to the challenge system a couple of iterations ago, so I only really buy from, do the challenges for and chat here at TLP.

There are still so many designers here that I love and whose products I use a lot more regularly so here I stay, loyal to the end (although I hope that isn't for a long, long time).
 
PRD opened this weekend at SSD (can I say that?) I'm not sure about LBW but wish them both the best.
I only visit here & the other and am not sure what Cath dislikes about it. Pretty much many here visit both so you'd recognize lots of names.
 
Ohhhhhh Nooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!! I have TONS of her product cos I like her style! I love the artistic flair and bit of funk. Maybe TLP will find another like her??? HOPE. I like JJ's stuff too, but every time I've purchased there has been an issue unzipping; all we could figure is that my machine and her zipping process(app) aren't compatible. She's been really nice about providing different links, but I know what a PITB that is, so I stopped giving her that headache:giggle:duh

There Are 3 Major Designers Here That I Scrap With...LBW Was One Of Them...When I Read That She Was Leaving I Was Slightly Devastated!!!!!!!!!!!!!...I Use Her Products In Almost Every Page I Create...Her Designs Just Speak To My Art Journaling Style...All Of My Major "Feely" Pages Are Made From Her Products!...The Largest Folder I Have Is Hers,Rachel Jefferies & Lynn Grieveson!...My Go-To's!...& My GIGANTIC!!!!!!!!! M3 Stash!...

OMG!...Are We Still Gonna Be Able To Use The M3 Collections To Scrap Now?...So Sad To See Her Go!!!!!!... :(:(:(...
 
Wait! This is a big bummer! I guess we cannot use any of their kits to finish MOC either!!!

The M3 kits will still be in the store, so you can still use those. Phew! :D

You definitely can use their kits that were in store for January! Once MOC started all that was in store at the start of the month is good for the challenges. And LBW doesn't leave until the 31st, so she's here all month!
 
I am super sad to see Val (LBW) leaving here (cuz I hate change :giggle ), but absolutely wish her nothing but the best moving forward. And of course I'm still gonna track down her kits because I can't scrap without them! :agree
