Happy Chinese New Year to my fellow pad dwellers!!

My mom is Chinese, so we do a special dinner every year. This year we are going over to her place for Mongolian Hot Pot - SOOOO good!!!

I heard on the news that in China & in Chinese communities throughout Asia, this is the largest migration of people on earth as everyone travels back to their hometown to celebrate. Fascinating!

one of my bestest friends is from HOngKong, and I plan on surprising her tonight with some fireworks and candy! She is very special!
