Just hsd the worst period cramps...

Yesterday (1/7 - it's 1/8 4am here now). It hurt so bad that I thought I was gonna die. My younger sister had to feed me while I was in bed and gave me the Panadol Menstrual pill. Then I popped in some Xanax to help me sleep.

Hope the next few days of my period won't hurt as bad

Ooh I that, once every so other period I have major cramps from a week before to the last day. A big bum when working as from an 8 hr work shift I stand 7,5 hrs :/ big hugs!

Oh I am so sorry to hear this... I know only to well the torture you went thru... as I did every single freaking month... until a specialist gave me a script for Mefenamic acid and Tranexamic acid... two different pills one to seriously ease the cramping and pain and the other to help control your period... mine had been going on between 7 and 10 days each time... all I can say is bless that man for showing me it didn't have to be a horrible experience monthly...
