... just kicked me to the CURB. OMG. I do the 30 day shred dvd a lot and I love it - but I also have the Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism dvd. I hardly ever do that one because it's almost an hour long. I haven't done it in almost a year.

But I did it tonight.

And now I want to die.

I am SOOOOOOOO out of shape. :moo
 
Almost an hour long?? Holy moly, I couldn't come close to an hour anymore. Well done! :)
 
That 30 day Shred kicked me hard in the a$$ Hard I tell ya.. I thought my legs were never gonna heal...lol I can see why they claim you'll lose 20 lbs in 30 days.
 
I have been doing the Shred for a couple months now, and just last week tried the Boost Metabolism one. And yep, totally kicked my butt! I haven't had a chance to do it again since I have been sick and work has been crazy. I was sore for a couple days afterwards too.
 
I know what you mean! I did the 30 day shred on and off and seriously I'm constantly cursing at the T.V... but she's good!
 
Oh yes, I have a love-hate relationship with Jillian. She kicks serious booty! Kudos, Karah!
 
I really don't like to exercise. But I know I NEED to. Down 13 lbs since January so something is working! LOL

Claire, it's a dvd - I think it's like $8 on amazon. It's a 42 minute workout with a 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down. Crazy intense.
 
ROFL - love/hate Jillian! I have to try that Boost Metabolism one. I am on day 9 of 30 Day shred (well a few of the days I did my eliptical instead)! I am trying to talk myself into doing a 5K run, but I am NOT a runner! I turn 30 in like 14 days, so I thought it would be cool to say I did a 5K at 30 for the first time in my life! :)
