January 30 - Extreme Shadows-3D sculpture world/place

Took me longer than I had hoped. I persisted and can actually say it was fun to do. Thanks for the push!

 
I have spent WAY too long playing with this page that goes nowhere towards my goal of creating my life story... Last time I strolled through this thread there was nothing quite like mine.. Hope that has remained the same... I like to be different!!! Hope it meets the requirements, my layers are not matched... I like abstract!!! achieved the same end result I think... Found so much of this sort of thing in my stash of Rebecca's stuff... In the end I had 3 different version's that I really liked... mainly the same people but different back grounds... Off to do the last challenge... No idea what I am going to do... some really cool pages posted for it...

 
Oh those shadows gave me a fit! I love this Mermaid Dreams kit and was eager to use it for this challenge.
 
Thanks for the challenge! This idea came to me during a church reopening committee Zoom meeting.

This was so much fun! I'm squeezing in the final layouts at the last minute, but I want to try it again when I'm not pressed for time. Thanks for the challenge!

 
So after was all said and done I looked at this and wanted to call it Stepford...lol. BTW Saturdayland would come with a cleaner for that big old house.

@AnneofAlamo thanks for your help and encouragement! I finally, finally figured out how to make it work after a lot of false starts. Persistence pays off - I LOVE my page and believe I'll try this again just to start getting the ideas of shadows solidified in my head. Thank you!

 
This was fun! My world is "Backyard BBQ".

My cousin makes paper cut books similar to this so it was a neat challenge to do this digitally. Thanks for that!
