Sheri, this was so much fun!! I decided to use fairies to hold my dangles, and had a blast making this!

This challenge really stumped me. Don't know why, either. But the only thing that I could think of were pin laynards - One big thing at the top with smaller ones dangling below it. So, I hope this fits the brief. I had a blast making it!!!
