I'm not sure it's what you wanted but I love the outcome of this one and I learned something new. I will have to keep playing with the gradient function. thank you for the challenge.
Thank you for this fun challenge and great tutorial! I had fun playing with color. This is such a fun colorful thread to look through on a dark winter's day!
Duotone Photo
Love this challenge. Not only did I learn something new about editing photos, but I realized how easy it is to change a shapes look by clipping a paper. Had some fun clustering which is always a challenge for me.
This is a challenge I need a week for, maybe then I could come up with something I like. Talk about smacking face first into a wall.
I was at a disadvantage from the start, with no photoshop to follow along with, and no decent pictures to use. I did play around with it in Gimp, and got something useable ... except I couldn't find a way to use it. So I threw everything in the trash, grabbed this pic of my son and not-son, and headed over to the last resort site. It ain't great, and I'm not really happy with it, but it's hecking done.
Learnt how to do duotone in Affinity and discovered a whole new channel of tutorials for it. YAY. So thanks for making us try something new.
