Please don't lift a layout that is already a scraplift - it will be posted on the gallery that it's a lift.

Here's an example: Mrs2a50 says she lifted another scrapper, so don't use this one.

If the person we are scraplifting used a template from the MOC6 challenge, can we still scrap lift them? I was thinking of using similar color schemes as well as using the same template. Would that still "count"?
