Welcome to day 13 of MOC 13! That's right, this is the 13th year of Month of Challenges here at The Lilypad. So, while 13 is usually considered a very unlucky number, for this challenge it's very LUCKY indeed.

Challenge Guidelines:
-For this layout, you will use ONLY ONE each of 13 different things.

For example: one paper, one photo, a one-word title, one flower, one brush, one journal card... you get the idea. You need to have 13 different things -- no more, no less!
-NO templates allowed for this challenge
-Journaling and/or a date does NOT count toward your 13 things - feel free to include it or don't, it's totally up to you!
-Titles DO count towards your 13 things, and can only be one word
-Please include a list of the 13 unique things on your layout when posting your layout in this thread.

I chose to take the 13 theme even further, scrapping a layout about my son on his 13th birthday! But your layout doesn't have to have anything to do with the number 13 :)

Here are the 13 components of my layout:
1. background paper
2. photo of my son
3. "HAPPY BDAY" journal card
4. vellum piece (behind journal card)
5. staple cluster (this is multiple staples, but it came as a single element in the kit. Since it is one element of only one thing - staple - that works for the challenge.)
6. banner sticker
7. orange & pink paper circle
8. "thirteen" title
9. paint splatter
10. striped tag
11. green & white label
12. dotted tidbit/paper piece
13. pink flower

In addition to the specific instructions above, your page must be a new page in order to count for the Month of Challenges. Your page must be posted in three places:
  1. Uploaded to the TLP Gallery (no outside hosting will be permitted)
  2. Posted in your MOC 13 page thread you created in the MOC Layouts Folder, using the Copy GALLERY BB found on the right side of your page in your gallery
    • You should have one post per completed challenge page. If you complete all 31 challenges, your thread should contain 31 posts
    • Please do not comment in the participants’ page threads so we can keep them clean
  3. Posted in this thread using the Copy GALLERY BB found on the right side of your page in your gallery

Your page must contain Lilypad product (pages with photos and font only do not count). Product from other stores will not be allowed for MOC; your pages must contain 100% Lilypad product (current or retired product from designers or guest designers presently selling at The Lilypad). For more details, check out THIS post.

I'm so excited to see what your lucky 13 are - have fun, and happy counting!
