1. Place a solid color paper as your background | yes
2. Place one photo on the left side of the page | yes
3. Place three patterned papers, in any size or shape, to the right of your photo | yes (I cut a hole into the top one on my own to make a tag)
4. Include at least one flower on your page, placed over the patterned paper | yes, middle square
5. Include at least one fastener on your page (a fastener is anything that can fasten a photo or paper down - staple, brad, button, tape, etc.) | yes, staples, bottom left of photo
6. Include some type of paint or stain brush on your page | yes, coffee stain under photo
7. Include either stitching OR a ribbon, to the right of your photo | yes, ribbon on "tag"
8. Include a tag or banner somewhere on the page | yes, favorites banner, top left
9. Your title must consist of one word only, and should be placed above your photo | yes, "Sunday"
10. You must include at least two lines of journaling below your photo (you can include more if you want) | yes, "what time is it"
11. The date of your photo should be included somewhere on the page | yes, on photo

This is layout 2. I wasn't sure if the glittler blob I used on the first layout would count as paint so I redid the page. Actually I am much happier with it. Here is the final take 2:
