I hardly ever use brushes or paint, but I went all out on this one. I made it a speedscrap so as to not overthink it.

When I saw this challenge, I knew just the photo to use with it. The paint-mask technique always seems a little dreamy to me and this shot is just evocative of summer. I know it was a real moment - I was there! - but it still seems like a dream of summer, especially in these frigid days of winter here.

Slowly catching up, I normally would not pick a "paint" paint to clip a photo to, but I like how this turned out.

I've actually used this technique a few times before, but usually with papers rather than photos. Always fun to throw a new twist into my scrapping
