i've gotta give credit...

to dell.. Yesterday afternoon, I was HIGHLY annoyed with them. The charger for the lappy stopped working again (this is the 2nd time in less than a year). Last time they sent someone over to check lappy and it was just the stupid chord.. So this time I was like dudes. just send me a new one. over and over.. They followed their script and I just wanted to punch something because it's a known issue with a CRAPPY adapter and i wanted it resolved. Finally the dude was like.. Ok Lauren.. I'll just send you a new adapter. GOOD. He said 2-3 days I'll get it. I left this morning to go do my stuff for the day and just came back and the adapter was already at my front door. Not even 24hrs and I'm charging my lappy again.. AND bonus points they actually sent me a different model this time instead of the same janked up one. :tu

So dell, on this day, May 2nd.. I give you a thumbs up as I can now be mobile with my laptop again instead of sitting plugged into the wall. Thank you. .

Cool. It is always good when you can actually receive decent service. :D We don't want you tethered to the wall... we wantz youz roamin' free!

I should check and let you know what model charger I have. If mine will work with yours, I'll send it to you as a back up...this one is brand new. I bought an extra just in case!
 
I'm glad you had a good Dell experience. Let's just say WE won't be buying one again around my house...
