But I can't figure out how to post in the gallery! There is no option to upload photo/layout that I can see. And when I look at other layouts there is no option to comment? Am I missing it because this site is different than others? Thanks for your help!

Did you register for the gallery? and confirm the email

Nope you aren't dumb. Every site is different.
Click on gallery on the tabs at top. The upload photos link is above the blue bar that says Welcome to the Lilypad Gallery.
To comment on layouts you have to click the layout and then it shows you a larger picture of it and comments are below that. Hope that helps.

sometimes it takes a few comments to push you thru the system...it is not you, it helps keep the Pad safe.
