International Scrapbooking Day! :byay ok, Weekend really. :circles
The Games! :clap
The Prizes! :clappy

The new products! :drool

I told my husband for Mother's Day I want to be able to sit and scrap and Chat all day Saturday. And go out to eat so I don't have to cook! :love

And if course, do a little bit {okay, a lot bit!} of shopping :shopping :stash

Are you looking forward to iNSD?

I was until I realized it's the same weekend as Mother's Day which means we are usually going out of town. I know I won't have reliable internet where I'll be over the weekend (not to mention hardly any time to be on the computer). *sigh*

Oh boy, I always LOVE this . . . the sales, the chats, the challenges . . . it's just a fun time to celebrate this hobby we are so passionate about!

I'm not sure yet what my schedule will be, because I do have to fit in Mother's Day visits AND my sister's birthday is on Saturday. She's turning 40, but thankfully her big shebang party will be the following weekend. Still, I know my mom is going to cook dinner for her, I just don't know when.

I'm hosting a couple of Watch Cheryl Scrap LIVE sessions as well as planning to just scrap, scrap, scrap (um yeah, after I've shopped, shopped, shopped). LOL

In other words, I'll be around as much as possible.

yesssssssssssssssssssssss!!!! I love this day... I love seeing all the designer's deals and contests.

It's also my anniversary with TLP :love I know it's really only special to me, but it's a year I've spent scrapbooking, and making friends. It just makes me all kinds of happy.

I'm excited. Unfortunately, I have 2 big essays to write. But, you know I'll be multi-tasking.

I'm excited. I will be around Friday night and Sunday night. We have a Kentucky Derby party to go to on Saturday, and then soccer on Sunday afternoon. Will try to squeeze in more time! :)

My youngest picked a bad weekend to graduate from college ;) Unlike most years where I can hang out, chat, scrap and do a little shopping, my weekend this time is really up in the air.

Oh, boo! Hopefully you can sneak in a few things early.

Write 2 paragraphs, scrap a page, chat, shop, oh yeah, write some more paragraphs right? :giggle

It's an international holiday! How dare they! :lol

Seriously...EVERY iNSD ends up being the craziest week/weekend for me. We have 2 weeks of pure crazy over here. End of homeschool co-op, which means our end of year program where I have to lead one class in a presentation and make a slideshow, my daughter has testing next week, we have piano recital on the same night as our end of year co-op program (on the 6th)...still not sure how I'm going to work all of that out! Then on the 7th we have a 5k that I've been training our co-op for. Hopefully by the evening of the 7th I'll be relaxing!

With that said....I already have lots of awesome things planned for iNSD!

Since it's Mother's Day weekend, I'll likely be out of town, you know, visiting mom, but I'll take the laptop with me and shop/chat as much as possible!

In years past it has also been my day to order Steak Out, play movies in the background, and scrap...ummm, I mean shop...but that plan will likely change this year.

Come to think of it, I think I have a 5K race that morning, too!

It's also my anniversary with TLP :love I know it's really only special to me, but it's a year I've spent scrapbooking, and making friends. It just makes me all kinds of happy.

Yay for the anniversary of seeing your sweet photo and happy posts here!! :)

Congrats on that! What an exciting milestone.

And although it's a super busy weekend her as well with DS2 birthday, sports practices, a wedding and church/Mother's Day I'm totally gonna sneak in some TLP time! Wouldn't it be nice if like would pause for a couple of days :giggle

Kennedy's "other" grandma (sheesh) actually wants to see him for Mother's Day (I hate sharing, but at least grandma #2 and great-grandma don't ever compete), so we compromised and she gets him all day on Saturday. I am going to have to battle against time for needy hubby, but at least I will have *some* time for NSD. :giggle I think we'll be going to see my grandma on Sunday for a short visit. I'm trying to keep the schedule light for computer/scrapping time. :D

:dancebun

I have to at least go shopping because I've been saving my MOC certificate for that.

Unfortunately, I might not be able to participate much because My daughters drama club has 4 performances that Friday - Sunday and I'll be helping with various things in addition to watching at least a couple of the shows.

My daughter is super busy on Saturday with Girl Scout stuff, but I might bow out of participating. They have 2 fundraisers on May 7 for their trip to Iceland this summer.

p.s. I am not going to Iceland with them, but dd already has strict instructions for taking good pictures while there.

I can't wait! I haven't been able to scrap for weeks and I miss it so much! I am so going to hole up in my craft room and do some game playing, chatting and scrapping!

iNSD! :heartslub:circles:cheer:fairydance:funfun
My plan was to spend the whole weekend chilling and scrapping/shopping, but then DH announced work was sending him away on Monday for some conference. DD has something on the 9th and I really don't want to take DS. I called my mom and asked her if she'd like to visit and left it up to her to choose the dates. Mom chose to fly into town on Sunday morning, which coincidentally is Mother's Day! And since I've complained on here before about how my mom tends to not help me out when asked, I don't think it'd be right to ignore her when she's taken a plane and train to get to me, her daughter, on Mother's Day. :) But she is a big shopper, so I think she'd understand if I cruised TLP while we sat and chatted.

(And I don't feel bad about stealing my mom on Mother's Day for the week cuz my bro/SIL/their 2 young kids currently live with them. I think my mom is looking forward to the relative peace and quiet at my place! :giggle)
